I know right, brazen as hell. I think the dog didn't bark as he knew the person... I had a situation in Australia where I had my neighbor inside my house at my bedroom door at 3am.. my dog didn't bark as she knew him. I caught the arsewipe but only because my dog alerted me to something being wrong when she wouldn't lie down on my bed to sleep after a loo break outside. I got up, crept to the door where it was only tapped shut. I could hear him breathing and his jacket material slightly swooshing. I thought my life was over as I lived alone, but flung open that door and chased him out. 10 minutes later he was found attempting to making his way back in.

This almost immediately clears up so much of the confusion. Looking at how close those neighbors are and how they had to leave the main road and go to the end of a cul de sac. It is so likely to be someone who either lives there, lived there, or partied there. Requiring a 4 wheel drive could help if someone leaves in the middle of the night it would have been icy. If nobody left, then it becomes did they walk to a parking lot further away. But there is supposedly a camera showing the girls returning home. If someone avoided all of those cameras in the pitch black, that person would be very local.

He definitely would be in a prime position to commit these murders. He could casually snoop around while walking his dog and watch that house at night. If any one saw him, he could easily just say he lives there and is walking his dog. He lives next door and could clear the street fast. Who ever did this wasn’t walking around town after. He admitted to seeing who was coming and going. Has knowledge of the lack of lightning and cameras. In an interview, he let it be known that “I went to bed super early that night” as to avoid further questioning about what he might of heard or seen. I think they should ask that inner circle about him. See if it really is true that he didn’t know any of them like he claims. It’s possible they could catch him lying about whether he knew any of the victims.

There’s no way it was a random attack. Familiarity with the home (somewhat) knowing or not knowing you had 4 victims to attack. That’s too big of a risk on the attackers part. He/she had to have knowledge. Who’s to say these victims were not awake and would have heard something on the 2nd and 3rd floor. You had to know or this suspect was extremely lucky. They’ll get him. Plus you can’t tell me after an extremely bloody scene that none of it was carried outside. He would have had blood on him and some of it had to have been carried outside, so there should be an obvious exit point.

Do the deeds and strip off over-clothing , gloves and shoes into a bag and walk home . Driving sounds as though it would be very noisy in that area at night . He could spy through the back empty bedroom to see when all the lights were off . He could also have entered earlier and broken the lock on the back sliding door . The victims may not have realised if they use the front door .

I believe the person walked.. he knew the dog he knew what rooms to go to upstairs and perhaps the young boy was woken up by something & walked out and was attacked which then woke up the GFriend and that’s why both had defensive wounds… he walked in and walked out and had a trail he must of followed due to the darkness and weather.. BTW my opinion on why the dog didn't seem to react is because that house is a very active house from what we are told. So the dog is accustomed to so many others being in the home that is becomes normal for "strangers" to be there. Now I don't think this suspect is a "stranger" to the girls but in their inner circle, but to the dog it's possible. I also think "he" may have been in the home before, unlocked that bedroom window of the spare room & possibly entered more then once & just linger in those empty/unused spaces. I feel those blocks by the window are used as a seat & the sitter can sort of hide behind the grill & charcoal bag & it's also their step coming in & out of the window.

Thank you so much for sharing the footage of the Moscow area near the girls’ home and your insightful commentary. I was surprised that the house rented by the girls sat so close to the driveway on the side - the one that bordered the nearby apartments. The perpetrator could have stood in that dark area on many nights and observed and perhaps even listened to the girls’ voices. This underscores the importance of security lighting and making sure that one’s curtains or blinds are drawn....in addition to doors and windows being locked. May these precious young people Rest In Peace and God bring comfort to their families. Praying that justice is served soon 🙏🏼

Guy at the food truck, not hoodie guy who was with them, was also at the club. He noticed one girl hadn’t paid and told the truck owner, he noticed who they were with and when they left. He was trying to be a frat guy but clearly wasn’t. He went in for a hug from a girl when she hugged the man beside him, but was ignored. He was big enough to overpower one person while attacking another - sheer size, weight could immobilise two people. The police have said they checked out the guy at the food truck but was probably hoodie guy. Social awkwardness, rejection, desperate to fit in with young, hip crowd. The perpetrator was obviously enraged. Points to an inadequate-feeling male who uses fury against his victims. He has no doubt watched the girls for a lot longer than that night at the food truck and club. He knew where they lived. He’d scoped it all out. He is probably a local, not a college student.

I have watched a number of videos about this crime, and this one is far and away the most helpful in thinking about it from the murderer’s perspective. You talked to the driver who had backed in his car. I doubt very much the local police have done that. You figured out the light was not working in the apartment building, and meanwhile it took the local police nine days to process the crime scene alone. Your video of the area where they walked and drove and lived really brings it home, we can see it through their eyes.

Called a friend to help them figure it out, still not answering from any of the other 4 people so the 911 call was for an unconscious person not answering the bedroom door? Bc I can’t think of any human that would notice a roommate on the floor and not a call to 911 with the amount of blood? It’s the only thing that makes sense to me

    • @cyn1979

One of the surviving roommates saw Ethan in the kitchen, freaked out and ran outside while dialing 911, then fainted. A group (more than 1 person, but not sure how many exactly) heard her scream and saw her faint (unconscious), and grabbed her phone to talk to the 911 operator. So that’s why the initial 911 call was for an unconscious person. Then the rest of the people were found
