The fact that the suspect entered a house where six people and a dog were home is scary as hell! Thanks for this!
I see a lot of dumpsters along the road on the left. We're they checked for the knife.
I know right, brazen as hell. I think the dog didn't bark as he knew the person... I had a situation in Australia where I had my neighbor inside my house at my bedroom door at 3am.. my dog didn't bark as she knew him. I caught the arsewipe but only because my dog alerted me to something being wrong when she wouldn't lie down on my bed to sleep after a loo break outside. I got up, crept to the door where it was only tapped shut. I could hear him breathing and his jacket material slightly swooshing. I thought my life was over as I lived alone, but flung open that door and chased him out. 10 minutes later he was found attempting to making his way back in.
@@jo-penford omg that is so scary 😨 thx god you are okay 👍
@@OnlyHumanMe yes ...thank you. From what I later found out I was extremely lucky that night.
@@jo-penford WOW!! Glad you were ok!
This must be said ....what a lovely couple Chris and Karen are. I love the team work.
This is so tragic. My niece attends college there and lives off campus in that neighborhood. I'm worried sick for her. I'm praying they catch this dirt bag! Love and light to your family. I hope you have a happy and healthy holiday season and new year.
Please make sure to get ring cameras on front and back doors
Make sure there is good security lighting where she lives too. Criminals don't want to be seen.
For sure!
Did she go back after Thanksgiving break? After reading that everyone had the option to finish the semester online I've been curious about the various reasons people decided to be on campus.
This is the best video I've seen regarding this case. The depth is unparalleled by any MSM news. You can really grasp the area, topography, ingress and egress points. This video has convinced me this was 100% planned.
It makes me so sad that the girls did use the buddy system, they stayed in well lit, public places with lots of other people around, they got safe rides to/from their night out on the town, they made it safely home and this still happened to them.
He may have been already in the house. Waiting. Perhaps, multiple times. Bonding and grooming with the dog. Then something shattered his fantasy. Angered him? Idk.
@@Nice-qi5cf Maybe. It gives me the cold chills just thinking of him hiding in a closet or behind a shower curtain peeking at them. It's like a nightmare come to life.
Then why o why not have security on the home ???
Yeah really messed up ! Give him the chair !
Why is jeremy reagan talking again, I swear this neighbor is everywhere I am wondering why he insert himself everywhere
I agree his really made himself front and center in this case very strange behavior
Every video im watching he is mentionned because he stated something… the apartment complex he lives in is huge, i actually thought he lived there alone before seeing this video bc i didn’t have any notion of the area 🤨
Something is off about Jeremy Reagan
Do you think there is a possibility the perpetrator did this before holiday season so he could cool off and leave the town with other students unnoticed?
That would be good planning, I think this was definitely a possibility
What a way to bring on a huge negative energy over a holiday dedicated to love of family, friendship, togetherness, fellowship and positivity. This is a huge energy grab.
Wait, a glove was found by you, and not by the investigators who’ve been there for two weeks?? So many questions…

Chances are, if all the kids left at the same time, he knew they were gone and possibly entered the residence and waited for them to return, and go to bed. Somehow I think he was hiding and waiting on them. (I watched the livestream, but when it's on my TV, RUclips doesn't let me chat online.) Thanks Chris and Karen. I'll catch you tomorrow night👍

This almost immediately clears up so much of the confusion. Looking at how close those neighbors are and how they had to leave the main road and go to the end of a cul de sac. It is so likely to be someone who either lives there, lived there, or partied there. Requiring a 4 wheel drive could help if someone leaves in the middle of the night it would have been icy. If nobody left, then it becomes did they walk to a parking lot further away. But there is supposedly a camera showing the girls returning home. If someone avoided all of those cameras in the pitch black, that person would be very local.
It was a crazy neighbor I firmly believe.
Imo he was by foot. Even he had a car, it would have increased the risk of being seen.
I think so too. It feels like someone really close. My eyes always wander to the apartments next door when I'm playing detective on google earth lol
Yep. Just a minute to his apartment
I hope you all noticed the dude sitting in his car that was watching you then walking around and as soon as you pointed the camera at him he walked away. No. Not the officer.
What time?
The people seen running when the cops gave 3 other students tickets for drinking,if you can pause that video,to the left you can see a set of stairs that look like the ones that lead up to the victims house, one person looks like they are wearing a cowboy hat and another looks like they are wearing a regular hat
There's 4 figures seen running on that path. One of the officers hears them and turns to look for moment, then brings his attention back to the students they were questioning. It's so subtle and too easy to miss the many cues.
Someone easily could have parked up there behind the house and sat in car and watch the house and easily got away unnoticed. Could be someone living in apartments too.
Such a shame. I really hope that glove helps these kids. They had no clue some sick, twisted incel vampire demon was going to end their lives. They probably have no remorse, and I wonder if this was their first killing. Quite a large target for a first timer, no?? Their families, just awful.
Best visual of the neighborhood I've seen thus far. Your slow, methodical, reasoned approach makes for a pleasurable viewing experience. Well done!
Not going to lie, when you showed that little staircase it gave me the creeps. Just a gut feeling. There are so many vantage points to watch the house from.. Hope they find this monster.
The police never had control of that scene. The roommates called their friends before calling the police and we don't know how many kids were traipsing around contaminating that scene. The glove you are referring to was NOT in the original pictures according to other websites. It was one of the technicians that dropped it.
I live in Idaho. We have an early Winter here. Cold Cold tempatures. Get dark prob about 5 pm to 5: 30. Thank you for coming to Idaho for this case and for monkey Vaughan. You both have a place in my heart always. Long distant hugs. You and Karen work hard for the victims and their families.PRAYERS TO THE FAMILIES. Diana from the tater state Idaho.
It really really disturbing that they did not find that glove, since it was right by the garage can. Thank God you found it. I do realize they are a very small police department but that was a big miss in my opinion.
As a retired LEO, I really miss conducting investigations the most, and always protecting the citizens and property to the best of my ability.
Thank you for your service!
NO one is being protected when the assailant is free and not in custody. Not even a sketch or a reward going into 3 weeks of terror.
I also think he couldve entered while they were all out partying and just waited
He would have had to remain hidden in the house for over an hour and not be discovered. Awfully risky.
RIGHT ! Colonel Russell Williams come to mind, waited inside, dressed up in their clothes.... He was ruthless ! Military to the Queen, so composed at the interview BUT.... He wore the same shoes to interview that he wore to the killings....Interview cop QUICK TO SEE THE BOTTOM TREADS OF SHOES AND NABBED HIM.
I know this comment might not be relevant now. But as it was you that found the glove by the bin and not the police 🚨 make me Think that they didnt even look for the knife used in this crime in any of the bins and dumpsters all around that house. Plz feel free to correct me if they did. I am only just starting to watch your show. It's great by the way.
The neighbor Jeremy who walked his dog every night and looked into the windows. He said he didn't know them meaning they didn't talk to him. 3rd year law student. Ted Bundy?
This!! This guy has been on my mind since he started talking to the cameras.
I have a bad feeling about that guy too. Something is just off about him.
@@lindseyditrapani Thin, neat. What better cover than walking your dog? Hopefully the cops are pulling a fast one pretending to not be looking at him. It just is hard to believe anyone but a ghost could have kept track of 6 people and known the perfect time to go in
He definitely would be in a prime position to commit these murders. He could casually snoop around while walking his dog and watch that house at night. If any one saw him, he could easily just say he lives there and is walking his dog. He lives next door and could clear the street fast. Who ever did this wasn’t walking around town after. He admitted to seeing who was coming and going. Has knowledge of the lack of lightning and cameras. In an interview, he let it be known that “I went to bed super early that night” as to avoid further questioning about what he might of heard or seen. I think they should ask that inner circle about him. See if it really is true that he didn’t know any of them like he claims. It’s possible they could catch him lying about whether he knew any of the victims.
There’s always the nosy neighbor type. This guy does not appear strong enough to handle any fighting back- Ethan was quite fit & an athlete & so were the young women!
Thank you so much for giving us this in person view of the home and all of its surroundings. This put things in a very different perspective.
Glad you enjoyed it!
I pray whoever did this is captured soon.. the families need to know what happened as soon as possible 💔🙏
There’s no way it was a random attack. Familiarity with the home (somewhat) knowing or not knowing you had 4 victims to attack. That’s too big of a risk on the attackers part. He/she had to have knowledge. Who’s to say these victims were not awake and would have heard something on the 2nd and 3rd floor. You had to know or this suspect was extremely lucky. They’ll get him. Plus you can’t tell me after an extremely bloody scene that none of it was carried outside. He would have had blood on him and some of it had to have been carried outside, so there should be an obvious exit point.
I have to say Chris, the blinding sun moved me. I agree with you that these kids were there, letting everyone know that they are ok and at Peace where they are now, in Heaven. That really touched me and I am sobbing now, gave me the chills. I hear the pain in your voice too. God Bless You Chris 💔❤🩹❤
Easy to get in, hard to get out. A stranger would never have found that parking lot. Suggest the killers lives in one of the apartments next door.
@@AED2020 the front door that led into where the surviving roommates were had to be the coded door. I think he went thru the sliding glass door behind the house. Lots of talk about that lock being broken.
My thoughts after seeing this are that it is someone from the apartments or frat house . They just needed to walk a couple of minutes . Do the deeds and strip off over-clothing , gloves and shoes into a bag and walk home . Driving sounds as though it would be very noisy in that area at night . He could spy through the back empty bedroom to see when all the lights were off . He could also have entered earlier and broken the lock on the back sliding door . The victims may not have realised if they use the front door .
They haven’t mentioned the owner of the home….
I believe the person walked.. he knew the dog he knew what rooms to go to upstairs and perhaps the young boy was woken up by something & walked out and was attacked which then woke up the GFriend and that’s why both had defensive wounds… he walked in and walked out and had a trail he must of followed due to the darkness and weather.. I think a car would of been loud and risky especially if there is ice.. he may have parked down the road (like the Manson group did)… sadly, Ethan and Xana may have been collateral damage
Police said Ethan and Xana were attacked in their bed while sleeping.
Very good show guys. After seeing your coverage of the house, I too believe the more woodsy side of the house would’ve been a prime location to enter and exit without being seen.
I can't help but feel it's a neighbor, the dog may be use to their scent in the area so didn't alert. Would be interesting to know which homes are private ownership in case the person isn't a student. At 20.05 the old two toned car was interesting, saw the bike too .They know the area so well and are so confident. I also agree the place was scoped out prior either a frustrated pervert or just a dangerous predator. I have faith LE with get them. Thank you and Karen, great video.
It’s heartbreaking to see their 4 cars there. Especially knowing the girl that owned the Range Rover specifically came back to school to show it off to her friends. It’s sobering to know they all drove and parked their cars in front of the house for the last time not knowing what was to come
Did you talk with the neighbor named Jeremy? He’s been doing an awful lot of interviews which has caught my attention.
Yep. The law student gotta look at
He was not around.
That’s what I’m wondering
He's raised a lot of suspicion. Very odd behavior.
@@hotpinkthread yes that’s him. The one who’s done 3 interviews already.
No camera footage from the police asking anyone if they recognize this person. This tells me it's someone that lives very close by. It's someone that can see the home. It's someone that didn't need a vehicle.
I think he's right there living amongst them all.
Yes a local. Who dropped out or disappeared recently? Stalker or jilted dude perhaps. They will get him.
What about the landlord ? Who ever owns the property ? Someone that knows the ins and out of the house , the builders , the contractors, meter reader guy , mail man , any packages delivered, fed ex , ups anything ?
But good job finding the glove.. Its unbelievable that the other 100 investigators didn't see it. I am hoping this cracks the case.. If it was there the entire time.. I am afraid our investigative crew will let this go cold..
Literally unbelievable
@@mitakuyeoaysin9652 right lol

I think the perp would be someone in that large apartment. Someone who passed that house daily and saw the girls yet did not look out of place.
Thanks for the video guys. I’m confused as to why that window screen is still lying there. Shouldn’t it have been taken as evidence and finger printed?
He had to be covered in blood. He could not have been on foot. He lives close by? Easy to get home and wash clothes and wash off blood.
If he had planned this he could brought clothes with him and change in the house. I think it is not impossible since in that time students was home for Thanksgiving.
Nonom Ni Nom ....Aviator is interesting. Comments on Manifestos and Idaho. Brian Kohlburger has since been arrested. Look at the answer from this name. Look at the question.
A gas station attendant reviewed security cam footage on their own and found the video of the car speeding away. Strange the police didn't find every cam and footage from everywhere nearby. Makes me wonder what they missed.
Why didn't they turn it in?
@@mmw5156 They did. That was one of the big breaks in the case.
@@SquawkCodeDid he turn in all the cars or just this speeding one?

I was overwhelmed with the reports and suspicions on other channels and thought...who do I trust for information that's not hyped up? It's You!! Thanks for talking reasonably. You guys are good people.
Yeah the true crime community is filled with crazy. The retired LE people who have channels are the best. Watch out for the tragedy pimps.
@@BeddysCommissaryFund I know what you mean. Most of the crazy was coming from News outlets. I will stick with those I trust. Chris and Karen, I know it's been said before, but your coverage of the area was very insightful. Thanks for helping this community feel like we're right there helping you. I hope there's some way you can help them.
BTW my opinion on why the dog didn't seem to react is because that house is a very active house from what we are told. So the dog is accustomed to so many others being in the home that is becomes normal for "strangers" to be there. Now I don't think this suspect is a "stranger" to the girls but in their inner circle, but to the dog it's possible. I also think "he" may have been in the home before, unlocked that bedroom window of the spare room & possibly entered more then once & just linger in those empty/unused spaces. I feel those blocks by the window are used as a seat & the sitter can sort of hide behind the grill & charcoal bag & it's also their step coming in & out of the window.
Start looking at the Mad Greek, and businesses a couple of doors down. Why wouldn’t you look where both girls worked??
You emphasized how it was pitch black out there. But if you look at the moon phase for Nov 13, 2022 it was in the first phase of the gibbeous moon, which I believe means the first phase after a full moon so I think there would still have been a lot of moon light.
Very informative about the moon and light info.
I think it was someone who lived very close
You know it still surprises me that nobody around has cameras on their home... I'm in a small safe town in Ohio and I have 4 just to watch my surroundings and a few of my neighbors same thing so when something happens in our neighborhood we all compare what footage we got if any... just kinda odd with how technology is these days but I'm also a single momma and need to see my surroundings... I even have one for just watching my car cause we do get break ins on vehicles...
It’s party lane. College kids don’t like cops and cameras
My sons who both live on the other side of that town never even lock their doors.
The person lives from walking distance to the house. Enforcement could have easily used dogs to track the blood from one of the victims and find the knife and the person who did it 😮💨
They had dogs and thyey didn't lead them anywhere. The blood needed to drip on the floor for the dogs to get a scent and the people who went in before the dog would probably have left alot of different smells.
I wouldn't say "easily" 😊
He didn't bark because people are constantly just walking in and out of that house it was a party house. Nothing new to the dog
Its very possible that the perp was already inside thebhoyse before all the residents got home. Everyone was out that night including the two survivors.
Yes that’s what I have thought as well ……. There was an empty vacant room and if he was from there then he had to have known that as well by watching the house ….
Thank you so much for sharing the footage of the Moscow area near the girls’ home and your insightful commentary. I was surprised that the house rented by the girls sat so close to the driveway on the side - the one that bordered the nearby apartments. The perpetrator could have stood in that dark area on many nights and observed and perhaps even listened to the girls’ voices. This underscores the importance of security lighting and making sure that one’s curtains or blinds are drawn....in addition to doors and windows being locked. May these precious young people Rest In Peace and God bring comfort to their families. Praying that justice is served soon 🙏🏼
One neighbour said he could see or ties through the window. With that apartment building there could be a lot of people aware of this house and watching the girls in the windows. 😮
Chris I keep my weapons with me all the time my finger nails are real and long I keep them pointed at the end in case someone grabs me I’ll stick my nails in their eye ball and pull them out

👍eye-pop or popeye😂
Guy at the food truck, not hoodie guy who was with them, was also at the club. He noticed one girl hadn’t paid and told the truck owner, he noticed who they were with and when they left. He was trying to be a frat guy but clearly wasn’t. He went in for a hug from a girl when she hugged the man beside him, but was ignored. He was big enough to overpower one person while attacking another - sheer size, weight could immobilise two people. The police have said they checked out the guy at the food truck but was probably hoodie guy. Social awkwardness, rejection, desperate to fit in with young, hip crowd. The perpetrator was obviously enraged. Points to an inadequate-feeling male who uses fury against his victims. He has no doubt watched the girls for a lot longer than that night at the food truck and club. He knew where they lived. He’d scoped it all out. He is probably a local, not a college student.
I think he did it.
The big guy in tanned jacket? His name is Joe, he posted on TikTok. Most likely not him.

Thanks to Chris and Karen for sharing their observations on this case, as well as providing all the video of the local area where these murders took place. It’s just so eery I almost couldn’t watch. Chris finding the glove that appeared to have been overlooked by investigators is concerning. I hope the investigators assigned to the case will ask for outside help, if needed. They must be feeling pretty overwhelmed, given how rare this type of crime is in their jurisdiction.
I bet one of the police dropped it .
For someone to enter a home with 6 people and a dog...they have been there before IMO maybe several times. I'm not sure why he stopped at 4. Maybe we will never know.
The remaining 2 had locked doors. Nothing mysterious.
@@operationgetthugs232 really did they have locked doors what a stroke of luck
2 of the girls took the dog out when they arrived back home, (don’t know which girls), & I’m thinking maybe someone snuck in, esp. if they took the dog around the front, the back would be easy to get into. Some people don’t lock their doors when taking out their dogs.
I totally agree that was my theory also

The cinder blocks immediately drew my attention. Wow with the glove! Could LE have missed it? If so, shoddy work. Hmmm.
The sun, then their pics, made me lose it. My heart bleeds for their friends and families.
May justice come soon.
There should be a law everywhere when homes , buildings, private or not, is rented to our college students they have to have outside lights all around the building and camera’s that record 24 / 7.
I'd even go so far as to ask for an alarm system. Trust me they can afford it.
It was said that the roommates saw the bloody scene and became hysterical. They dialed 911 while running out of the house. A neighbor, walking by, saw them and was trying to communicate with them what happened. Before the roommate could say, she passed out. The passerby grabbed the phone and reported to the dispatcher that there was an unconscious person… meaning the roommate. He didn’t know what had taken place on the inside… This is what has been reported.
I think, the person that passed out was the person who first saw the victims. Could you imagine .. the site I think I would have passed out
Yes, i think so maybe too
It was one of the surviving girls who ran outside and passed out. I guess for normal people who haven’t been to crime scenes, that scene must have been horrific and poor girl it will effect her for life
I thought it was strange that it took 9 days to expand the crime scene to include the woods behind the house.
This has been the most helpful of anything I’ve seen. You showing all around the area is the best out there. No way to get a feel for the area with anything else I’ve seen. Excellent job.
Awesome, thank you!

I hope going forward that landlords in these college towns think more about lighting and cameras.
Yes! Amen
I don't think it would matter if doors are locked, if he wants in.
Chris, I hope you and Coop will look at the guy in the brown coat and ball cap at the food truck and listen to his derogatory comments about those 2 blonde victims. I’m so suspicious of him trying to be obviously “not” attracted to their inebriated state. The man doth protest too much-he’s just too obviously tracking them from corner club to grub truck to probably home and perhaps has stalked them before.
I was thinking the same thing. Calls the college kids zombies. Gotta look at everyone and everything. Also what about that law student that has done several interviews. He lives close and seems to know the coming and goings
@@stef4820 they're talking about Tan Hat Guy. Joe something.
The dog was raised in a party house so he is used to people going in and out all of the time. Neighbor reported parties 4-5 nights a week. So why would he bark. He most likely wouldn’t.
A dog knows & can sense when something/someone isn't right or harming someone especially their owners and other people it may live with in the home! Our Gizzie loves & knows us all well but she gets so upset barking when the kids even play fight or wrestle so I have a hard time believing her dog didn't bark or even try to attack whoever done this to those innocent kids
@@cbgthegoodkid6425 Most dogs won’t actually attack unless they’re trained to. There are a lot of dogs who run away and hide rather than bark. I also read it’s only 6 months old
How in the world did this guy " not " leave a bloody trail of footprints upon leaving? Plus No sign of breakage of limbs.. "small trees" or reeds of grass, or even footprints in the snow. So he had to have blood on his clothing, yet none on any point of contact....like wall of staircase, etc. This guy is tooo elusive if not One footprint.

@@lostinspacerobinson1527 How do we know the perp did leave? How many guys were there when the police arrived?
It’s reasonable to think he had a change of clothes, threw all his stuff in a garbage bag and took it with him.

Has anyone thought of the perspective that the possibility that the Perp was already in the house pre the crime
Yes, it’s possible, how did he get into the house though? Where did he hide? How did he access the girls bedrooms?
It does look like the house was very secured, the sharing of the keypin. There is a spare bedroom on level 2. 6 bedroom house and only 5 girls.
I would not return to campus unless the apartment had proper security systems, cameras, lights and deadbolt locks. I’d have a front and rear dashcam with my phone synced to my car. Students have got to minimize their personal risks.

It would be really interesting to see what the area looks like at 3:00 am, in the pitch dark in 20 degree weather. Are there any street lights? What houses are lit up? Just the string of lights at 1122?
Yes would be interesting to get an idea of it just how isolated it can be
I don’t think he was any of these locations on that night I think he was patiently lying in wait at or inside the house
I agree. I also wonder about the dog. Where was the dog? Did they kennel it at night? Seems a dog would have heard something and reacted.
If that window was a vacant spare room, the perpetrator could have unlocked it during one of the parties to prepare. Doubt ppl would think to check the spare room window locks on a regular basis. 🕵️🏻♀️
Omg yes!
There 3 sex offenders that should get a closer eye on in that area there’s one that lives directly behind the girls & theres 2 that are literally neighbors who are about 2 mins from where the food truck and lives 5 mins from the girls
Excellent work! This video was very insightful!
So so creepy. Makes u not want to send your kids to college
Honestly I've thought seriously about moving off the grid and homeschooling ever since the era of school shootings. Bottom line, it takes alot to trust our kids are ok everywhere.
@@tonysmith9316 there are far more crimes at a community college. Lord just walking through a parking lot or across campus of a community college is very dangerous and Nevermind those having to wait for buses and those they have interaction with doing that. I’ve found my kids are safer at a close knit college like this than a huge university or community college not in the best parts.
You also have to take into account how rare this is compared to all the college students there are. You’d be more likely to win the lottery twice than have this happen. Unfortunately, it does happen though.
Hill behind the house looks like a voyeur’s paradise. Video from the units???
He may have made it a regular habit.
Young girl’s bedrooms.
👍
This is the best video. I think it brings a lot of perspective on the perpetrator. This video gave me the chills. The home brings a darkness to me and it’s scary. The perpetrator knew the area and the victim’s routines. I am surprised there are no cameras In the back parking lot behind the house. They need to ramp up security and install street cams.
I live in Moscow, we are a small, friendly community with not much crime. I regularly see my friends and neighbors out in the community. This is the kind of place where lots of people don't lock their doors, let alone have security cameras or security systems.
How does one do these brutal psycho murders & no unusual behavior or disappear out the area & it's not noticed by any other person?
I think the cinderblock COULD be a makeshift table when grilling at least it seems more likely than a chair to me. The grill has no place to put a plate. If I came outside with 4 burgers to put on the grill, I would put the plate on the cinderblock and use a spatula to put the burgers on the grill. Still looks out of place - just another thought.
someone watched them, a creep. he know how many people lived in the house. Who to get first. Maybe was rejected by one of the girls. He lives nearby and maybe was obsessed with one of the girls. I really feel he acted alone, and was obsessed with one of the girls.H was obviously famililar with the house setup.
What an informative, carefully put together video. THANK YOU for your coverage, your time and your expertise
My favorite line: “…and if you’re watching, they’re coming” I laughed a victory laugh because I have faith that this creep is going down. Justice for Ethan, Zayna, Maddie and Kailey!
This person has a lot of anger towards the victims and this is very personal up close and personal
Peeping Tom! He knows how to avoid ice and snow he went thru the back….
I agree. I seen on another post- 2 photos of Kylee with an individual in the woods - creepy
😭 Cried like a baby when y'all came down the apartments drive, the light was so bright, and you said it was as if they were there. I agree. I pray those babies lead the investigators to the person.
I believe if the suspect was already in the house hiding .. Before everyone came home & waited till they all fell asleep then they could of taken their time to commit the crimes then slowly and quietly i’m methodically left??
Waiting for them in the house makes sense there is a spare bedroom on level 2, nobody would go in there it would have been easy to wait in there until the house was quiet. Although not sure about the psychology of that, they all came home at different times, how would he the perpetrator know that everyone was home and the buil up of anticipation while laying in wait.
@The Interview Room. The local police should have spotted that glove when they were taping the Crime Scene area. I have watched a number of videos about this crime, and this one is far and away the most helpful in thinking about it from the murderer’s perspective. You talked to the driver who had backed in his car. I doubt very much the local police have done that. You figured out the light was not working in the apartment building, and meanwhile it took the local police nine days to process the crime scene alone. Your video of the area where they walked and drove and lived really brings it home, we can see it through their eyes.
Any vibes about the neighbor who had backed in his car?
As far as the roommate saying another roommate was “unconscious “ and called a friend to come over , I was thinking that it’s possible that E & X or M or K were behind a locked door and not answering and the roommates knew that they were in there and not responding so they assumed they were unconscious or passed out? Called a friend to help them figure it out, still not answering from any of the other 4 people so the 911 call was for an unconscious person not answering the bedroom door? Bc I can’t think of any human that would notice a roommate on the floor and not a call to 911 with the amount of blood? It’s the only thing that makes sense to me
One of the surviving roommates saw Ethan in the kitchen, freaked out and ran outside while dialing 911, then fainted. A group (more than 1 person, but not sure how many exactly) heard her scream and saw her faint (unconscious), and grabbed her phone to talk to the 911 operator. So that’s why the initial 911 call was for an unconscious person. Then the rest of the people were found
