I actually caught two of these shows during one visit to Magic Kingdom back in 2017. Needless to say, it was amazing seeing five of the iconic muppets up close, even if their respective muppeteers might not have been there themselves.
@@AmethystOrlando We really wish that they would bring them back. Even half of muppet land is gone in Hollywoof Studios. We are overseas fans and filmed from time to time on our vacation to the usa. Found old footage of 2014 where they still had part of the "muppet show theater" a store prop scenery near the muppet 3D show. They had there little clothing out to dry, so cute. Really, really wish we would see some more muppets in wdw
@@TheWizardryVlog One thing I found annoying is that no Muppets were included among the Fab 50 character statues they debuted a few years ago. They featured Disney characters, Pixar characters, Star Wars characters (R2- D2 and BB- 8), and Marvel characters (Rocket Raccoon and Groot), but none of the Muppets! Instead of the Fab 50 statue of Joe Gardner from 'Up,' they should have had a statue of Kermit or Animal.
Oops, mistake in my previous post! Joe Gardner is from 'Soul,' not 'Up.' My bad, I don't know what I was thinking! btw, I consider Joe a great character and all, I just think he's a little too new and thus hasn't had as much of an impact as the other characters from the Fab 50 statues had.
This show was the last time Steve Whitmire performed as Kermit the Frog
I sure miss him doing it.
