I think both bands were outstanding. BSB still is bc they're still at it. Kpop has incorporated some of American choreo into their own dances which I have seen in some instances. Anyways, I was always a BSB fan. Thanks for taking us back, guys! L❤ve your Reactions. 🤩✌️

I'm a 46 year old male and back in my 20s I also preferred the 'cooler' genres of hip hop and house and garage but I also loved some of the backstreet boys and NSync stuff and i was never ashamed to admit it... that era of late 90s to mid 2000s ish... is the last time i really enjoyed mainstream 'pop' music... i think by 2010ish it had started to all sound awful to me.. maybe i was getting to old or maybe it was the new sounds that started to come out.. nowadays i generally just listen to the 80s and 90s stuff of the past.. i did like dua lipas 'future nostalgia' album though mainly because it sounded 80s and was nostalgic.. i also listen to newjeans for the same reason.. 90s sounds and nostalgic.. pretty much the only modern stuff i listen to is the retro sounding stuff...

He's not saying HE's gonna start a fight.
    "I'm doing this tonight
You're probably gonna start a fight
I know this can't be right
    Hey, baby, come on"
He's doing this tonight meaning he's LEAVING tonight. BECAUSE she's gonna start a fight, again.

First of all he says you’re probably gonna start a fight. Also he’s not talking about that kind of fighting. He’s talking about an argument since he’s gonna be leaving her (Bye Bye Bye) 👋 did you really think they were talking about fist fighting a woman? You kind of made a fool of yourself not knowing what you are actually talking about.. 🙄

he meant them acting tough and badass was cringy to him and a reason he (much like many people i know from that time) wouldn't admit to liking their music... back in the day a lot of the guys enjoyed backstreet boys and nsync songs but wouldnt openly admit to it because it wasn't 'street' or 'cool' to like such boybands.. this was a time when a lot of pop consisted of lots of 'cool' artists... Hip Hop was incrediby popular so was RnB... Fans liking acts like Jay-Z, Outkast and TLC or Clubland Genres Like House and Garage weren't the type of people who admitted liking pop boyband acts lol.. thats all he was trying to say.. i think..

  • @jaynadiah5498

Nsync vs Backstreet Boys.... honestly i always just viewed nsync as backstreet boys v2.0 their sound was virtually identical and both had bangers... they were the same thing to me... (i beleive they had same management and production team so were pretty much the same thing.. just different group members.. although i might be wrong about that) also you forgot Nsyncs 'girlfriend' a genuinelly 'cool' song that was actual RnB/Hip Hop and produced by Pharell in his neptunes days.. i remember everyone loved the girfriend song.. even those who didnt usually admit they liked nsysc.. they got a lot of respect after that song if i remember rightly. Shame that they pretty much disbanded after it though lol

If you take into account that this was their first single after leaving their creator Lou Pearlman & saying they felt like puppets with strings attached being played. just replace the chick for him in the video it makes total sense. That guy created the Backstreet Boys & N’Sync but paid them $10,000. Compared to millions they made from songs.

He didn't create them. He signed both groups to their initial record deals, and provided rehearsal space on a large property where they fine-tuned their skills and stamina for live performing. When they performed live, they really were singing WHILE dancing. Watch footage of their tours (especially NSA 2000, PopOddysey 2001 and Celebrity 2002), and you’ll hear them belting their notes throughout all of those intricate moves. There were mic connectivity issues on the HBO special for NSA, so at times you can actually make out Lance’s part of the harmonies-even hear him cut out to take a breath.
