I love the whole concept. The skateboard chassis and interchangeable bodies is brilliant. Good numbers all around, power, range, price and cargo are all pretty good. I really like the look as well. Go Canoo!!
It is refreshing to finally sea company (an American one) who with its quelifications and efforts as well as ideals is finally saying what was lost by GM, Ford, and Chrysler when they became color blind and only saw green "made in America". I a on a fixed income but will be putting my money into Canos stock and hope to trade in my GMC and get one of these. Mr. Aquila, the Chinese have nothing on you. Keep up the good work!
After watching your video, I see that Canoo is a MUCH more savvy company than I had expected. I hope they do well and keep the prices low to skunk the Big 3. The delivery van may be their best seller, followed by the pickup. Heck, I'd trade my new* Tundra for one of their pickups now. (*In 2007)
We love the vehicle, but I personally believe that if they spent as much time in Production as they do in Promotion, we'd all be driving them by now. Stop talking and start building.
I like the MPDV van as a family people mover, travel, camping, utility, etc. Probably a little big for day to day. The military version crew cab truck is also exciting.
I like Canoo and will put my hundred down. Have looked at Canoo for some time as it is the Only EV that I can see can serve as a handicapped EV which is much needed.
I paid a deposit for a Canoo Bulldog (pick-up) and I've followed the company closely since then and now find myself investing. They have contracts for 50,000 vehicles that include options for more. Being a niche company is not a bad thing if the product you are creating fulfills a need. The only competition I foresee is if Ford electrified the Transit.
They should seriously consider doing this in india 🇮🇳…. I tell you they will do best here….it’s excellent school van and hill side area vehicle … as well as huge crowded roads like Mumbai pune or Bengaluru
Canoo Lifestyle Vehicle was the first EV that I ever wanted to buy. This was at a time they touted a $35K price tag and maybe a subscription model. I saw one at Fully Charged in San Diego last year, static, not on display. Meh. I now have 8000 miles in eight months commuting with an Arcimoto FUV, and as an Accelerator, I expect to beta test an Aptera by this time next year. Canoo is vaporware by comparison.
Elon Musk, should have maybe purchase this company instead of tweeter. His know how and technical support from Tesla, could make this little company into a big success, that offers different EVs than Tesla..
Unpopular opinion (maybe) the MPDV is the best looking in asthetics, and would be my go to electric camper base model. Trying ro live on the road electrically
*Tulsa World- August 13, 2023 Electric vehicle maker Canoo approved by the state of Oklahoma have agreed to incentives of more than $100 million over the next decade. Will Canoo stock GOEV sky rocket $1, $3 or $5 Soon?
Another reason they need to announce NACS adoption and some sort of agreement with Tesla to allow for extreme integration with the Tesla Supercharger network.
They look like what a five-year old would draw if you told them to draw a car and I know that sounds like an insult but I assure you I DO NOT mean it as such.
I like the concept, but I see very little chance of success. I've watched Munro visited their site and I saw so much flaws in their press cars. Also zero mentions about production process, technics used or innovations applied. Besides, for 2023 range like 200 miles is way to small. 300 should be minimal option by now
I’ve watched that video too. Munro was very impressed by the canoo vehicles he looked at. He even apologized to his camera man at one point for not having anything negative to say.
I disagree. 320 km is plenty for most use cases, and many other ev vans have around the same range. Why carry around expensive and unused battery capacity all the time?
Only good if they buy it back in 5 years, since there won't be any resale or trade-in value for battery cars. You can't work on it yourself unless you are a programmer and and electrician, so there is no fun for car guys. The charging time and lack of range make it horribly impractical for construction and delivery work. If you think I am taking a battery car into offroad country, you're nuts... I am not running out of charge in the desert or the mountains. Add to all of that, it's ugly. Hard pass. EV just isn't there yet.
Actually, they're well-suited for deliveries by established companies that work during the day and return to a terminal at night and can easily recharge. How many postal workers or Amazon drivers exceed 200 miles a day?
So many shitty points. 5 years? Batteries nowadays are expected to last in active usage for 10 before dipping under 80% capacity. And when they do that doesn‘t suddenly make the car unusable. You can‘t work on them in SOME areas, but EVS are much less prone to malfunctions and failures than ICE cars due to the smaller amount of moving parts. Maintenance and „fuel“ costs are also way lower and in most cases construction vehicles don‘t travel too far and then mostly stand in one place for the day. And as for delivery vans: even some with less range than this one are already in use without issues. And as for off-roading… let‘s be real, basically nobody ever takes their suvs, pick ups or vans off road. Also, they look good. EVs are here and will stay. They have been around for as long as the car itself.
JUST Freaking produce these vehicles! I'm already tired of the look what we can build without putting these damn vehicles in production! What good is it coming out with a NEW version when you can't even order 1 model! All becoming nothing but lip service!
Love the potential and would like to see @elonmusk @tesla enter a partnership development program supporting @goev internationally. There's tremendous synergy and opportunity together.
I would not put it past an existing automaker to come swooping in to own it outright or with a cash infusion to own a good percentage. This would give a legacy automaker an instant EV strategy. Would love it if Tesla did it but unlikely.
Thanks for watching! What do you think about Canoo and its models?
The best advertising and Promotion you can get, is Vehicles On The Road.
@@Derskimeister for sure. WELL DONE Canoo!! Looking forward to seeing them. Onward production!! Can't wait to see an another Tesla alternative.

Can't wait to see them on our roads.
Wow that delivery EV van in the low 30K would be amazing for VanLife.
My thoughts exactly 💯

I get the sentiment but promotion is necessary to secure funding from investors.
I really hope these guys make it, I've already got my deposit in on one.
I want one so bad!
I like the MPDV van as a family people mover, travel, camping, utility, etc. Probably a little big for day to day. The military version crew cab truck is also exciting.
I hope they make it into Canada, I’d love the pickup version for my business use.
not available for Canada 😁😁😆
I like Canoo and will put my hundred down. Have looked at Canoo for some time as it is the Only EV that I can see can serve as a handicapped EV which is much needed.
Great video, keep it up!! I really hope that they make it since it is a really unique company compared to other car companies.
Thanks! I love how unique Canoo is too, but I do worry it's too unique to get a large enough customer base. Wishing it the best tho
I’m imagining between one and four canoos in my driveway 😂
I am firmly convinced they'll be successful!

How much longer before DOT Certifications and Canoo Vehicles start coming off the Assembly Line!
If this comes to New Zealand, I buy one straight away
MPDV 👍

I like Aptera and have money invested and a preorder. But. I bet Canoo will be delivering vehicles before Aptera. Actually they already have correct?
@darinmiller1916
No, Canoo has contracts, but no public sales. Aptera starts delivering vehicles to Accelerators in Q2 2024.
@@barnabasseadog7660 but bottom line, they are delivering.

카누의 도전정신을 응원합니다
영상 감사합니다
it is good for short haul, short delivery. I wouldn't use this except as a work truck, but they need a 500 mile or gas-generator model.
Fantastic car/van fun to own and drive chariot!
My question is how do I get one ?
I'm a rideshare driver and I want one. Want want want

The distance of 200 is a little too small. Makes it unpractical for cross country trips.
322 km (200 mi) oké for Europe, especially inner-city delivery purposes😊
Another reason they need to announce NACS adoption and some sort of agreement with Tesla to allow for extreme integration with the Tesla Supercharger network.
cmon Canoo don't let me down. I aint trying to lose money
I'm really surprised Amazon hasn't bought GOEV
I want the mpdv badly. If they can keep the price at 38 thousand he'll even at 40 it's still a better option than the sprinter, doge or transit.
I want ny canoo!

Someone please encourage Canoo to partner with Tesla to adapt to Tesla NACS. This will really help Canoo drivers accessibility and convenience.
It would be newsworthy and they should do it for sure.
I'd drive one if they ever came to the UK, but if they did they'd be $100,000
I would get a hybrid. At most.
欲しい!
Multiparse delivery vehicle is going to look. I'm fucking good next to cyber trucks on the road
I want them to succeed. I want the truck really bad, especially the Quad truck.
