  • Aberdeen have appointed Neil Warnock as their interim manager until the end of the season. The 75-year-old has come in as a short-term replacement for Barry Robson with the club eighth in the Scottish Premiership. Warnock has long stated he wanted to manage in Scotland and was keen to jump on the opportunity saying, 'let's have a little bit of fun, I like to put smiles on peoples faces'.

Just over a year ago , Aberdeen were in a similar position . They got a few players in and in my humble opinion - Angus MacDonald was probably the stand out guy (he was busy). They are better than they were and should be higher up the league with the players they have . This makes Neil Warnock the ideal man for the Job !
