So sorry I've been away for a while, just saw your message. If you have not get it fixed already
Two things might be the problem, one is the rest button might need to be pressed to get the boiler back to heating state.
if not then beside you have the boiler and the iron switch turn on, if nothing then the boiler might be faulty and need repair .
