Instead, Perry sneaks backdoor for the GWG. Any other time that doesn't happen. Just great awareness by all involved. Mark of a connected team.

The Oilers haven't had terrible coaches in this aspect but Kris is another level

I think Draisaitl is a little hurt. We know he can play and has played better than this before.
He's clearly hurt since the Canucks series. It's part of why the PP has struggled.
Drai is playing with a broken /fractured rib. To even be able to play through that just goes to show how tough he really is
