Love this conversation ❤ great person by nature, everyone needs to learn inner conversations comom stories to sabko pta hoti hai but the value of podcast is inner conversations jese apne bat ki ki kush logo ko bht kush ata hota hai but wo sochte hain ki abhi aur aana chahiye ya aur seekhna chahiye basically self doubt kehlo ya action ki kami kehlo it was great question most of the people’s stuck in this lane but I think 😅iska answer rehgya ap khud hi de gye answer but me unke review sunna chahta tha ispe btw i love the way he trains his team we r doing the same we don’t hire employees jo kehte hain mujhe to sab ata hai we hire freshers but make sure they have hunger for doing something bigger and most of the talented people’s isi liye aage nhi aa pate kioki unke pas starting mein kush prove krne ko nhi hota but unko chances dena is biggest thing and uske bad wo log 100% dete hain aur wahi kush badha krte hain ❤i met many peoples they haven’t degrees peace of paper but they do extra ordinary things I appreciate his way of hiring

But I get jealous with people having such a strong and loving bond with their fathers and siblings and likewise parents having a solid bond with their kids .... paise aur business bohot logo ne banaya hai per parivaar me aur Parivar k sadasyo k beech pyaar bohot bohot kum log bana paaye hai .... hats off for this to this HAPPY MAN

*Fedback - This is so valuable but since it's in Hindi, I'm unable to share it with my friends who'll be equally interested to watch this but will find it difficult to follow. Please try to add an in screen English captions edit so it can help reach a wider audience!!
Such a great mix of philosophy and knowledge! Really became a fan of Amit Jain from the way he talks, the way he thinks.... Thank you Raj?
    So many great takeaways!
    1. Years of experience is not important. Experiences per year is.
    2. Treat and value everybody equally without having hierarchy system.
    3. Understand your customer and mould your business around the customers pain points.
4 Tier 2 City removes traffic problems or competitive mindset.
    5. Focus on improving your tomorrow self from current one rather than focusing on others.
    6. Raise money not for survival but for scaling then scaling becomes the moat.
    7. Lose ego and treat family as a mutual support system.
    8. Focus on upskilling people who have talent but lack exposure.
    9. Education and women empowerment are quintessential.
10 . Stay humble yet ambitious.
One of the most valuable podcasts in this channel 👏

Clearly it doesn’t matter which city you belong from, you just need to get the timing right and keep updating your skills and be persistent. Small or big business, I think discipline is the only thing you need

Honestly, I used to hate the insta reels, I used to find them annoying and cringey. But these podcasts, man, there is nobody better than you. Its not a self proclaimed India’s biggest or smartest podcast, but it truly is super valuable. Your questions are always on point. The questions are truly inquisitive and actually brings out valuable bits instead of just anecdotes and stories. Also I ABSOLUTELY LOVE the follow up questions and when you go deeper on the subjects, that’s the true value of the podcast. Also it shows that you are truly there to learn and “figure out”.
All being said, when I listen to your podcast it truly feels like a representative of the audience is there to interview the guest and not that a representative of the guest is there to showcase/promote the guest. And that is what makes a world of a difference.

I loves traits of successful people, sustainable business with 70% growth year to year, how ordinary change into extraordinary by getting right exposure , hiring tier 3 peoples , 2 times a building build 1st in your mind and 2nd in reality so think-big. Wait for another podcast. But i like the podcast especiallly "5 Billion Dollar company with no office."

Ek buri cheez mujhe lagi vo sofa like jab aap log aise sofa pe baith ke baat karte ho na toh totally comfortable nahi hote hai sar bi aapka dusre insaan ko dekhte hue jaata hai aur body ache se adjust nahi ho paati hai like mai toh sofe pe baitha bi nahi tha par mujhe uncomfortable lag raha tha
In my opinion aapko ek doosre ke samne sofa ya chair rakhne chayie taaki ko guest hai vo todha comfortable hoke baat kar sake

At 47:00, Raj ko khatarnaak neend aa rahi hai😂
But honestly, loved Amit Jain as how he truly shared his entire journey till now step by step!
For some it might be too much of information or boring but for people like us..this is what we need. Complete journey and not just abstracts...this type of information really helps.
Amit Jain is truly sorted and his idea about decentralising corporate ecosystem is so correct because that will help other coties grow and reduce load on few cities. Recent crises in Bangalore is a good example and backs the idea that there shoud be more companies in other cities too.
