    This power supply isn't going to set the World on fire, but also that is unlikely to happen to your PC either 😂
    This PSU is on the Tier D listing and is keeping company with other well known brands like Corsair, Bequiet EVGA, thermaltake etc etc. It should also be noted that this is recommended in the Tier D as suitable for lower end PCs or systems with an iGPU, so i would suggest checking the actual wattage that your PC needs and then DOUBLE it and that would be enough to cover it.
    For example total system at full load = 350W
    times that by 2 = 700W - This will be fine.
    Also take into account how much money you are spending on the parts and how long you want to keep them. If you are looking for a long life span and long warranty, BUY SOMETHING BETTER!
    For cheap budget PCs and flip systems this 80 plus Bronze PSU is a good choice in its price category.

    Ive got no doubt that brand-snobs may indeed decide to go for an EVGA or Coolermaster PSU but this Aerocool Bronze one shouldnt be ignored, especially with flat cables. Cant knock the price for what the buyer would get for their money. Nice one Aerocool and thank you Mike and Kath.

    I have used a aerocool integrator in my pc since jan 2021 without issue. Mine is semi modular and only concern i hsd was HWMonitor falsely reporting 12v rail at 10.4v, still does! Yet Asus mb shows 12.4v! Black cabling neater and prefer semi mod as cabling not my strongest suit lol dont understand why case builders dont adopt blk cables. Thanks for reviewing Mike and Kath👍stay cool

    I prefer the black flat liquorice cables for my builds 😉👍. I personally spend a little more for a higher end psu for all my builds 😇, I have 1x B-Tier ATX EVGA Platinum rated and 2x A-Tier Corsair ITX Platinum rated and 1x ITX Cooler Master Gold rated psu for my builds. I previously had an ATX Silverstone titanium psu but didn’t need my 1300w psu any more with my ITX builds being my build size of choice 🥰🤯🤩

    Mike, I am running a 650watt Seasonic Platinum power supply with an RX 6900xt and 3900x, I am not having any problems at all, why do you think that a 700watt power supply can only do a 3060 and 5600?

    • @mikesunboxing
      @mikesunboxing  2 года назад

      because the efficiency, 700w bronze will likely only give constant 600w and the quality of components is a factor, a seasonic platinum is almost 100% of the rated power output and uses very high end components.

    Back in the days 80+ was a safe way to make sure the PSU held really high quality. Today sadly, many of the bronze PSUs lack some of the basic safty features a modern PSU should have. Don't know about this one though. Usually I check hardware busters tests of cheaper PSUs to make sure it's not total garbage in terms of safety.
    In general, stepping up to gold ceritification they usually have better build quality. But even gold PSUs there are exceptions. But since there are often really good deals of less known gold PSUs I usually go for one of those.
    I know aerocools aero series of bronze PSUs they should be decent. Maybe these are too.

    • @PapaMav
      @PapaMav 2 года назад

      That is the myth: that gold means better quality than bronze.....SMH

    • @ChrisKadaver
      @ChrisKadaver 2 года назад

      @@PapaMav Gold doesn't mean better quality than Bronze. I never said that. But chances are bigger that it also have better quality if you go with a Gold certified PSU since there are so many crappy bronze PSUs out there these days. To know for certain you need to knowlage of how to properly test a PSU and analyze how it's built, what type of capacitors are being used and so on. Or check out a review from someone who knows to do that. Like hardware busters for example.

    • @PapaMav
      @PapaMav 2 года назад

      @@ChrisKadaver but that is also what you just inferred (again) in your reply: "chances are bigger that it also have (sic) better quality if you with a Gold certified PSU"....Basis?

    • @mikesunboxing
      @mikesunboxing  2 года назад

      i think the whole 80 plus thing needs replacing or scrapping, it is very misleading or at least can be.

    • @ChrisKadaver
      @ChrisKadaver 2 года назад

      @@PapaMav It seems that it is harder to make a PSU that meets the gold certification efficency with crappy components. Take Kolink for example. Their Enclave series of gold certified PSUs have great quality for the price while their lower tier, bronze and 80+ white PSUs are trash. I don't know if they've released newer series of bronze/white PSUs that hold the same high quality as their gold PSU because it was a while since I checked it out, but I highly doubt it. Same goes for Cooler Masters series of PSUs. The quality of their Bronze series of PSUs holds a lower quality than what probably many would expect while their Gold certified PSUs are great when comes to quality and safety features. So if you just randomly pick either a bronze PSU or a gold PSU from either of those two brands, chances are that you'll get a better quality PSU if you go for the gold PSUs.
      And I would guess this would be true for other manufacturers as well in general. And it would be a good advice for people just taking a chance when buying a random PSU without doing any research for the specific model they're checking out.
      It's kind of logical, isn't it? If you easily could make a crappy PSU, that cost nothing at all to make that reaches the efficiency of the gold certification, well why wouldn't everybody do that then?
      There are probably exceptions as I said before. Poorly made gold PSUs and better quality bronze ones.
