Thank you for sharing! We also built a Lehigh and just moved in about 5 months ago (in SW Ohio). I can't believe how big your loft is! We opted to put an en suite bathroom on the bedroom next to the laundry room, which really reduced the size of the loft. But for us it was necessary!!!! (2 boys, 1 girl, lol)
Congratulations! All of the Lehigh models we toured had a bedroom where our loft is so we were taking a risk…but we absolutely love it. Your setup sounds original with the en suite bathroom. We haven’t seen that before. Any regrets on the Lehigh or are you loving it?
@@RichGrillo Every single day, I am thrilled with how much space we have! We ended up w/ 6 bedrooms and 5 full baths (3900 sq ft). We love the open 1st floor and the huge finished basement. I regret not closing in my office (flex space at the front of the house). I regret not putting LVP everywhere I could (but it was so expensive!). I do not regret opting for the Craftsman package!
@@sharistreet6004 That is awesome! You can always have the flex room framed and upgrade the flooring in the future. I don’t think the craftsman option was available in this community. Your house sounds incredible though! 6 rooms and 5 baths will definitely help the house stand out if you sell.
