Thank you for telling your story. I almost bought into the representative's excuse for why a realtor would talk badly about them. You have saved me much heartache and possibly financial loss.
I am discussed pissed and in hope I never go through a Ryan home nightmare! My heart goes out to you that is all a disrespect and no regards that you live there . All that in and out of your driveway and driving on the grass and using your water I would have put thump tacks or small nails to flatten those tires and watching it all would have me on revenge mood that's damn crazy ! Thank you for sharing! I pray it stopped!
Wow, this is awful and exactly why I tell my clients generally to steer clear. In reality each community location is different, but the fact that the company as a whole did nothing to fix this issue truly is the problem. Yeah Ryan Homes can't speak for their contractors, but they get to set their policies and dictate the terms of working for the brand. I have saved your video for a research handout to give to my clients in the Chicagoland Market.

I hope it turned out ok. After visiting new Ryan community outside of Nashville and being interrogated, basically (I am 60 plus), I was shown the door, in the most polite way--I must say. I still haven't figured it out. I think the salesperson was looking for payment in full, or wasn't happy I didn't hire a real estate agent as I didn't need one. Anyway, I don't buy expensive items without researching the seller. This is how I found this video, and others with the worst reviews I have ever seen. I don't think I would take a Ryan home if given to me.
I'm so sorry that happened to you. You'll probably never know 'why' they acted that way - so shake it off!😄 Just be thankful you saw it before you spent a whole lot of money. There are good companies and bad ones in every type of business. Just research as much as possible. Blessings to you!
I have a home built by Ryan Homes. I would never recommend them to anyone. Cheap crap at every turn. Cut corners, use inferior materials, put lipstick on it. Lousy construction manager, very unfriendly, rude and told me I was inspecting the site too frequently. I told him, if you lock me out, I will not go to closing. This is my money and I demand to see it at least 3 times every week. If that offends you, let's get with your manager and discuss it. He shut up, but he was not a happy camper. That was 5 years ago, I'm still finding defects on a monthly basis. You'll be a cryin' if you buy a Ryan. Run the other way.
You summed it RIGHT up correctly🎯. You think you're choosing a reputable home builder, put all that money in it, and come out regretting you ever saw their name (it goes ON and ON and NEVER ends). They can't even manage their own employees. I hear ya!!!! You're not alone🙏🏾. Blessings🙏🏾

One way to get back is to go to your local uniform store and purchase an Immigration And Naturalization uniform and enter your community. Be careful not to position yourself in the entrance way and possible danger from the stampeding workers exiting.
@@Itsthetruth360 I was told those driveways can't handle that heavy equipment. In fact they recommend when moving in not to park the moving truck on the driveway. They say to park on the street when you move in. Smh

I always heard that they are the worst home builder. Would never buy a home with them..
It depends on who builds the house, all home builders subcontract everything out.
Holiday builders has to be on that list as well, they have a TON of bad reviews.
The only homes built worse are the ones on the streets of California. Not by much though.
