Man these events really has so many elements of surprises. So many different movements. Even if it’s by a bit. It’s really kicking a lot of people’s butts. Not your traditional CF workouts.
Haley is so fit and also incredibly sweet!

Never a single let down with the mayhem crew !!!!!! Loved watching every moment...wish I could have been there in person...off on orders for the military unfortunately....but loved watching the games and this content though!!!! Keep up the spectacular work....not that its needed at all but a suggestion for background music.... Song is called viking by BeatBrothers....its on my gym playlist....you all at yhe mayhem nation are a true true inspiration!!!!

The videos are cool and all but I would rather see being with the athletes and hanging out cutting up being dudes like how they used to be when Dre was filming. B roll footage and interviews isn't really bts imo.
Fair, but CrossFit gives us no access to our athletes in the warmup area or in between events. We literally scramble at the end of the day to catch athletes before they leave to even get one sound bite. It’s tough out here…
