nice video! It's fun to catch the difference between Japan and France, traffic light, road line, building, trees ! Nothing is the same ! I had a question for you : is it hard to find exhaust on the vmax? In France, standard cans are really rare in good nick and people are asking mad price for them. thx
Hello. I hope France is nice this time of the year. We can get standard exhaust pretty cheap. I can buy a used one for about $100 and a perfect one for about $300. The one on the rebuild cost me $80. but it's pretty easy to get a nice stock exhaust around $100. KR

I think it would be great if you can make a video, how to install a customized fuel gauge for vmax 1200.I know you are just rebuilding bikes but believe me this one of the only things that vmax really needs. Thanks a lot. 🙏

How are those after market rear shocks working out?
I am so happy with the build and ride. I wasn't pushing the bike hard on this ride. I just wanted to give it a run and feel out any problems. But the rear shocks were nice and firm but comfortable. I would buy another pair. but a good ride in the mountains soon will tell me for sure. KR

I'm a community doctor helping in Mexico,small villages,my jeep was stolen in a RUclips telegram scam,i just found a 1988 Yamaha VMax,40.000 miles,seems clean, I'm going to try and buy it in credit,yes I'm an experienced rider,my question is this, they are asking 89,000 pesos,is that price high ? Any recommendations?

It’s sounds crazy expensive, but I’m not sure of the prices there. For that kilometers and age I would expect to pay between $2,000 and $4,000 us
Maybe you would be better to buy in America and ride it home saving a lot of money

テスト走行とのことですが 車検を受けてナンバー取得・車体取付 又は 自賠責保険に加入して、仮ナンバーを取得、車体取付での公道走行をしているのでしょうか？
そうでなければ 公道走行は法律違反になります。 リア側の走行動画を見る限りVMAXのナンバー取付位置にナンバーを取り付けずに走行していますね。誤解をまねく動画は気を付けましょう。
