I love making what I call "littles" in between big projects. I make pin cushions, itty-bitty boxes, xs taco pouches and just give them away. I always have one tucked in my purse to just ' gift' to a person. Maybe in the fabric store, maybe just because. It's a great way to use up the scraps and spread good will. I'll be adding your gnome to my 'littles'.

They will love them! My sister in New Salem said the same thing about the weather. Almost 70 on day and then they got 50 mph winds and tons of snow the next. It has been an odd start to the winter season here.

Please, what did you use for the nose? A round wooden bead/ball/some type of button?

It is a wood button you can find at a hardware store. They use them to cover screw heads in wood furniture and cabinets.
