I've just felt that some days ago. I stumbled across this song in the beginning of my early breakfast and I was struck with delight. So calm and so beautiful, filled my soul with peace.

This woman is pushing out some of the most original American music in years. This song is perfection.
Hard to articulate how good and important this band is.
The VERY first time I heard this song, I said to myself, "this is one of the best songs I have ever heard in my life. Top 5; EASY. ANY genre." I was hooked on Adrianne Lenker and this band from that SECOND, on, and my love for her/their artistry/everything has never relented. My family is so sick of hearing them.. but too damned bad. Can't wait 'till they reschedule their tour. And imagine the songs Adrianne is writing now, on lockdown. She's prolly got two records-worth already...

I've been appreciating music for over 40 years and yes this is truly exceptional IMHO. My favorite band currently. Sorry must plug Frankie Cosmos too...love them almost as much...very tight band as well

@@bigdogeatmoney LOL... love it, man... here's the thing: This band - let by one-of-a-kind Adrianne - ALWAYS have 20 songs they're working on or unreleased that no one has heard yet! There's very few songwriters - EVER - that are this prolific w/ non-stop excellence. It's nothing short of INSANE.

This is one of those songs that within the first 3 seconds I was hooked. Everything stood still and I needed to put all attention into fully absorbing the emotional energy coming from this beautiful soul.

Listening to this at the tip-top of a tower overlooking all of the Ozarks on the Fourth of July. Staring out a window, with all the lights off. Watching fireworks go off all along the horizon, all alone. I feel like I'm in the final scene of Fight Club, or Armageddon.

This song gets me every single time! For example, when I listen to my playlist at work I have to skip this song; I just can’t contain my tears. I’m not easily moved, but this damn song makes me feel deep melancholy even if I’m feeling fine. This is one of those things I enjoy in my own privacy.
I am very grateful to have met all of them, in fact, I even have their old touring van at my house!!
I find it difficult to sing this song because its so beautiful. I choke up every time. Thanks Big Thief- This song has helped me in such in indescribable way. Its like the melody and words are how I think and feel all the time; wrapped up in memories so sweet it hurts to know they're memories, but loving them all the same.

Jesus fucking Christ, this is so amazing! If this isn't pure and genuine art,I definitely do not know what the hell it is. I have to confess that I saw, heard indeed, on Netflix's Umbrella Academy and I instantly needed to know more about this. I'm from Brazil and it, unfortunately, is not on mainstream. But, for sure and God's sake, it should've been playing over and over again. I just loved (even more this live performance).
