The figure looks awesome, wish it were a bit cheaper because its not as detailed as I would have liked but regardless its hiei so I don't mind. Can't wait to pick this up
What about it? If you're asking if I'm getting it or not, the answer is no. It's a very nice looking figure, but it's much too expensive for me and I've got more than enough Miku figures by now. Apart from Nendoroids, I have no plans to buy any more figures of her.
If the seal is missing (that shiny sticker) then it is, in fact a bootleg. Pass this information on. Never buy without knowing the what studio (in this case, Perriot) is licensing your anime. Most studios produce these stickers to differentiate the real from the bootleg items. If you see a sticker, it's most likely legit, no sticker, no-buy.
