Yeah, its super frustrating that they refuse to budge lower from that already inflated price point but have no problem going higher-even when it means less accessories.
Should have been a 2-pack considering they both come with basically nothing. If they had props or diorama pieces like this kid Lion-O or other stuff it would be a different story.
I would love the King Arthur figure Another niche character would be the dirty criminal from the Mandora episode. The dude she beats with soap. And SnowMeow.
I'm all for Quick Pick and Snarfer but really wish we'd get more Berserkers and Lunataks so we can have some confidence that those teams will be completed.
I adore Thundercats but I’ve never thought these figures were good. That young Lion-O is the first figure I’ve seen that looks good. I had a lot of them but sold them. I mean Cheetara can’t even get into a running pose. I wish someone else would do these but doesn’t seem like that is ever happening.
Do Thundercats ever go on clearance? I remember those GI Joe Ultimates that were on deep clearance in Dec. I like that Mumm-Ra but for $75 they can keep him.
Hatter! Rockin like Dokken 🤘(5:40) . That King Arthur "Excalibur" episode, is my favorite episode of Thundecats, just saying. Freddy Kruger might have a copyright issue with Mumm-Ra over that "Dream Master" title.
I think many would have preferred the King Arthur version of Mumm-Ra than the 'Dream Master' version. It looks like the sort of figure that would normally be an exclusive. All it is is a transluscent Mumm-Ra.
Hi Hatter! Great content as always, and I gotta agree I love Quickpick also,he's not even a Evil guy,he was just a their with a heart of gold that ends up becoming Mandora's assistant.I hope that Snarfer is smaller than snarf as he should be. I'm getting Dream Master Mumm Ra but I'm not crazy for him though. Young Lion O should have had a glowing eyes head though.
The thought of a single-packaged Snarfer did not appeal at all because I know full well that he's smaller than Snarf. I did wonder how they would pull it off after already doing a Snarf that nobody thought was worth the price on his own. On top of that, they choose another two characters who are pretty small for the very same wave. The only big figure is one that we've already had, but with transluscent plastic. That type of figure has previously been sold as an exclusive. It's not an essential and Super7 will know that, yet they will want people to buy the full wave. I think this wave is a risky move. The accessory pack won't save it. They did it for wave 9 because they mixed figures based off the show with vintage style ones. That may have been a mistake also. The vintage style figures are better as a separate thing. A lot of those vintage ones won't have the same impact as vintage Lion-O because he is likely the character that most people had back in the day. He would have likely been the most wanted too. If you still have the vintage LJN ones then the vintage Super7 ones could be seen as being a bit redundant. Btw, they will re-use bucks so it would not surprise me if Snarfer turned out to be the same size as Snarf because the reptilians were not the same size as Slithe in the show, they weren't the same shape but in Ultimates, they are.
They should have two versions of their ultimate figures. One for 35 where you get the figure and two accessories and another where you get the extra heads 75 hands that you don’t use and more accessories that don’t fit into their hands

If Snarfer is built anything like the recent Snarf, buyer beware. I didn't like the price of Snarf at all but my hope was that he would somehow feel prestigious and function well... he does not. The figure is very very light and fragile feeling. Some Ultimates have a good solid feel to the plastic and some have this fragile feel... I can't explain that but it's what I experience. And his head is VERY loose. It's basically a bobble head. From past bad experiences with the "bad" plastic, I was afraid to swap out his tail... it's on very tight and broken Ultimates pegs suck. So I left him with the stand up base. Its limbs also have a real janky feel to them. This keeps being my overall issue with this line of toys, some feel incredible and regardless of size, I really love it and feel like I got my monies worth. And others feel like dime store trinkets that should never cost $55. And a small figure like Snarf feeling that way makes it sting even more. Double dumb ass on me because I will get the twins and Punker Don just to complete the sets but after them I will never buy from the Ultimates line again. I'll have a nice set of Thundercats and Turtles and some of the figures are outstanding but that's enough for me. They're just not worth the chance of what you'll end up getting for the amount of money they cost.
Great video. Overall it's a decent wave. Definitely want Quick Pick. I wonder if the Mumm-Ra was planned as an exclusive or something since the packaging is different. By the end of the year I can display Quick Pick fighting Quick Kick from GI Joe.
I like the wave. I won't buy the Mumm-ra, but did pre-order the other three. I truly hope that Snarfer isn't reusing the Snarf body, but I guess I won't be too surprised if it does. I think the head pack Snarfer head is meant to be the time that Mumm-ra disguised himself as Snarfer.
Unfortunately, a youtuber called “We Want More Thundercats” conducted an interview with Super7 and indeed, they are using Snarf’s body as a base to make Snarfer, but it might be slightly smaller in comparison. Reason being according to S7, it’s difficult to make characters that are so small.

Some people may want him and may like the character but he's not particularly exciting and that doesn't make for an exciting figure. I know we've never had Snarfer before but it's similar to the Snarf figure. The other two are Mumm-Ra and Lion-O again. Yes, we've never had young Lion-O but it's still Lion-O. It's very underwhelming. If I was still behind this line for the long term, I would be disappointed. I've collected the vast majority so far (even some Mattel ones like Kit & Kat, as well as a few different versions of Snarf, but they're not Super7). I've got Ratar-O and Mongor coming, then Hachiman later in the year, but after that, I'm out. If each wave didn't take so long to come out, waves like this one may not be as frustrating for people who are disappointed by it. However, because they do take such a long time, people who are wanting to build more teams like Berzerkers and Lunataks are going to be waiting a long time. Luckily, I'm not. As much as I like Hammerhand and bought the figure, I'm not really interested in his crew.
Between these figures that are mostly retools and are more profitable. And the outside capital Super7 raised recently, they are probably hurting right now
This line is getting worse. This has to be the crappiest wave of figs. Rehash of Mumra. Rehash of Snarf. Liono just looks like a rehash of Wilykat. And then that other throwaway character. 😂 Next they will have glow in the dark versions and then Malibu Cheetara with a new hat 😂
This wave with W6 LJN are worthless and the WORST ONE IMO!! 3 figs that 98% of collectors didnt ask for....Snarfer should had been a SDCC EXCLUSIVE!! Even Young Lion-o face sculpt looks wrong like he is Upset and angry just like the opposite of how he did look in the first episode
Is anyone tempted to buy these from Subpar7 to get a 4th head sculpt that looks almost exactly the same as the other head sculpts? This company is a joke. I honestly wish people would stop supporting them.
I think Snarfer is in more episodes than the Lunataks. Everybody out here disrespecting my boy, from the fans who don't consider him essential to a core Thundercats lineup to Super7, throwing him in a "niche" wave. Grune was only in two episodes . Ratar-o was in five. Jaga was in 46. Snarfer was in 33 episodes. You know who's in fewer episodes? Jackalman. Slythe. Monkian. Vultureman.
Kid Lion-o and Snarfer should have been packed together to justify that price.
They really could’ve done with lowering the prices for the smaller figures.
Yeah it makes no sense. Smaller figures are $55 but LARGER figures like Mon*Star are $85. So wouldn't the logic be that smaller figures cost less?
but then they make less money… you can see the bind they’re in
Yeah, its super frustrating that they refuse to budge lower from that already inflated price point but have no problem going higher-even when it means less accessories.
@@dannycruz5446 if they cut down on the 27 pairs of hands, make packaging simpler, they’d find the cost could be lowered and the figure won’t suffer.

It's not a very exciting one and that Mumm-Ra could have quite easily been an exclusive. The other figures are too small to justify the price.
Between these figures that are mostly retools and are more profitable. And the outside capital Super7 raised recently, they are probably hurting right now
They probably are. They will just have to hope that the wave doesn't flop.
Cash Grab wave
This line is getting worse. This has to be the crappiest wave of figs. Rehash of Mumra. Rehash of Snarf. Liono just looks like a rehash of Wilykat. And then that other throwaway character. 😂
Next they will have glow in the dark versions and then Malibu Cheetara with a new hat 😂
Not interested anymore...too expensive. Hopefully snarf will be on sale someday...otherwise I'll go without in my collection
Jackalman. Slythe. Monkian. Vultureman.
Snarfer was in that many episodes?!??
You’re a snarfer
Ultimate's are garbage unless Super 7 is willing to also release them as Reaction Figures!. Otherwise, this shit isn't worth my time!
I may need to go in on that Mumm-Ra!!!
Gotta pay for that tooling
