This reminded me of collecting the 2012 Nickelodeon figures with my son. Rat King looked very different in that series.

Pretty sure this character kinda lives on as Stain from My Hero Academia hehe. 😊 The build reminds me of MacFarlane Toys Spawn figures from the 2000s. Detailed and nice paint jobs.

Chris i still have ALL of the TMNT I had as a kid and its almost the entire run. Bagged with all accessories and full card backs. I also have the technodrome complete with box. My son, 8, LOVES, to get this stuff out and play with them and I think thats amazing. I mean, he knows to be a little careful cause they're old but other generation enjoying them.
EDIT - I also have the Toxic Crusaders full line and he loves intermingling those with the TMNT. Fun times. LOL

Funny that you mentioned living in Sacramento, I was driving from Seattle down to LA this weekend and stopped at a single Target around there and was surprised to see two of these on the shelf.

Damn, this brings back memories. I haven't seen this character since I was a kid. The figure looks dope! The display piece on the inside of the box is such a nice touch.
I still vividly remember when I watched the first TMNT live-action movie. I was watching WrestleMania VI at home (when the Ultimate Warrior defeated Hulk Hogan) and later that day my mom decided to take my family to watch the TMNT movie.

8:39 I still haven't taken mine out of the package, so I'm not sure what's up with the two pairs of fists. Maybe one pair has vertical hinges, and the other horizontal, but why would you need that when it's fists...
