    What kind of stabilizer you use? Which is better saduim benzoate , pattasium or natacynide?

      I think stadium benzoate is better,that's what the company I work with uses

      You could pasteurize it twice

    Sam thanks for video, it's All time video to watch and learn your blessed. My question is when inspection the milk using lactometer inorder to milk and water are in good ratio what is the lactometer degree needed. If possible make video for us please

      when determining milk to water ratio, we use a hydrometer and the most ideal is 32 and above

      Yes we add preservative, we add natamycin, we add it in at the stage of adding flavours

      Starch stabilizer is what makes the milk come out thick as yoghurt
