Sir please answer me...what happens when corn starch get burnt while boiling the milk and even after transferring the milk to another bucket the smell of burnt cornstarch Is still there...can I still use it to make yoghurt
Hi happy sam! Which kind of milk powder is best in making a drinkable yogurt? I have tried full cream milk but the texture of its yogurt is too thick to make it drinkable. I Have also noticed in the vid before you added the vanilla flavor, it also looks like a thick yogurt until you stir it. Will it stay in liquid form (not the thick one before you stir it) even after days when you packed it in a bottle? Looking forward for your response. Many thanks!
@@happysam302 That is actually what I am thinking but i haven't tried it yet. Do you think i still need to pasteurize a 'powdered' milk in making yogurt or simply boiling it will do? Thanks for the reply! :)

Also what quantity of starter should you add to your milk if you’re making Greek yogurt? Also can you use powdered milk mixed with water? If yes how do you measure that too. Cause it might be difficult to get pure direct cow milk here.(I’m in Nigeria)

You could try skimmed milk, it's good in yoghurts. It dissolves very well & yes it stays in liquid form, it is just creamy but not thick

how much gelatin and cornstarch do you add in 50 L milk
150gms 8 500gms respectively
Once your transporting your yogurt u also use freg?
How long can you refrigerate before the fermentation process stops, because most of our customers doesn't have fridge to keep it refrigerated always
Freeze for 5-6hrs after fermentation then add your preservative, fermentation will stop.
