📝 Sweet potato salad cheese pancake (1 to 2 servings)
✔️ Ingredients required: 2 sweet potatoes (180 g 2 pieces)
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, 3 tablespoons potato starch, 1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon measuring spoon = 15 ml
1 teaspoon = 5 ml
1 cup measuring cup = 200 ml
1 cup paper cup = 180-190 ml
Rice spoon (heavy) = 13-15 ml
1. Peel the sweet potatoes
Shred it, please
2. Shredded sweet potatoes
Add 1 teaspoon salt and marinate for 10 minutes
3. When the pickled sweet potatoes become moist,
Add 3 tablespoons of potato starch and mix well
4. Add oil to the preheated pan
Put 1 tablespoon of sweet potato batter on top
(High to medium heat)
5. Cook the front and back until golden
6. Put 1/2 tablespoon of mozzarella cheese on top
Fold it in half. Front and back
If you cook it until it's golden, it's done
