I have been looking all over the internet for their salt or corned beef recipe from their Home Comforts series 1 episode 15. They then make a Ruben Sandwich with it. I can find the sandwich but not the beef curing ingredients ..can anyone help?

Instead of the red wine vinegar i use fresh lime juice and a drop of Dark Jamaican Rum :-) x
Hint try their twist on a stick.

Deseeded the scotch bonnet, they lost me right there. Always always keep the seeds otherwise leave the beautiful chilies alone
