  • One pan pork chops in mushroom and garlic gravy is out of this world, not to mention simple. The great thing is, this dish can be made in 30 minutes. This makes it a great midweek meal for the busy person. Your family will simply love it.
I use boneless pork chops as they are so much easier to work with, but bone-in or butterfly chops will work too. Use the cut of meat of your choice.
In terms of the spices, you can use as much or as little as you like. For example, if you care a garlic lover, use more; if you are not a garlic lover, use less. It is entirely up to you.
Watch the video, give it a try, and let us know what you think.

Made this tonight. Added a touch of red wine vinegar before the flour and also added some dry herbs: parsley oregano etc. added small amount of fresh squeezed lemon. This recipe and instructions were awesome. I’ve been trying to make a good - not overcooked porkchop for about two years. Perfect ! I served over Jasmine lemon rice and soo soo good. Thank you thank you !!

Following your directions was easy! I followed your directions as closely as I could. I used 5 boneless pork chops, and used up what was left of my beef broth, 2 cups. I didn’t have any fresh parsley, so I skipped that step. I have to say, this was delicious! Thank you for such a easy fun to make dinner!

Very nice video. To prevent curling which I saw on one of the chops, make 2 slits on the side of each chop before you begin cooking. The chops will stay flat throughout the process and cook more evenly.

Hi Dave, I enjoyed your "one pan pork chop & mushroom gravy" post, and thought I'd pass on a cooking tip when frying chops & steaks in the fry pan. If you just cut through the fat & membrane on the perimeter of the chop, before cooking it, the chop will not curl up and cup as you fry it. Just a tip

excellent presentation Dave, new to your channel, my only recommendation would be to put the chops back in the gravy earlier and simmer for at least 20-30 minutes if you desire a more tender pork chop. I've found keeping them in less time makes them stuff and chewy.

That just looks amazing ! Nothing difficult and best of all....lets the taste of pork come through. This is the way I choose to cook when meat is so dear. Why disguise with heavy spice and sauces? Thanks for a great video...putting mushrooms and garlic on shopping list.

My dear Mother made this many years ago one of my faves.
She would use cream soups with milk.

Cream of celery soup compliments pork chops. Or any of the creamed soups are delicious over pork chops. 💕

I made this today... added some thinly sliced potatoes (just love my potatoes), plus I added a dash (or maybe 3 dashes) of Creole seasoning, dried thyme and rosemary and garnished it with coriander leaves. Turned out great! Thanks for sharing Dave!
