I just want to say how much I appreciate your cooking videos! Not only do you include both measurements for the quantities which helps those of us on the other side of the Atlantic but most importantly, the inclusion of links to printable recipes!!! That issue alone is worth subscribing. Most cooking channels think we all must use our mobile devices in the kitchen all the time. I find that very inconvenient! So, thank you for your thoughtfulness! One other note, being from the US, I really like hearing your accent! You're a joy to watch and listen to!
Picking out the mushrooms?? - what a nutter! Thanks for another great video on a delicious dinner. I am getting all my Monday to Sunday dinners from this channel - . Thank you for the time and effort put in !!
Your mushroom sauce looks so simple, yet sooooooo delicious. It also looks pretty versatile, like I can think of quite a few things this would go good with. I can't wait to give this one a go. Thank you for the lovely recipe and best of luck with the channel.
girl.....i followed your instructions and made 6 pork chops with the mushroom sauce. my 9 year old ate 3 by himself. the sauce was great! i added some string beans just to have some veggies and mash using the left over gravy from the chops. it was a hit for sunday dinner! thanks
Thank you so much for your informative videos. You inspire me to try new recipes and my husband is very happy. I tried this delicious recipe and it went down as a winner. I am trying the crispy chilled beef next....I’ll keep you updated.. haha
This looks so good I really like pork steaks plus you can always find them at a decent price which makes it nice for those on a budget. Thanks for sharing this with us, really looks good.
Constructive comment here - I would really like you to show the final product how tender it is etc... as you just allude to it the whole time and then never show it. I really like your videos but I find it's a common step that is missed where you show eating it etc.. hope that makes sense
We've just had our 3rd child, and as l missed out on the first 2 baby years because of work We've decided that I'm going to be a stay at home dad... I always wanted to be a chef and love cooking for my family and your videos have really helped me expand my horizons.... My family says thanks 😊
This was delicious with mashed potatoes!!! I helped my BF make it by setting out all ingredients at your recommended amounts and it helped him seamlessly put this together. I think the only thing I’d change is figuring out how to make the steaks more tender.
Longer cooking time, my suggestion is placing the pork and the sauce into the oven and cover and let simmer for at least another 30 min. at 350°. Tough cuts need longer cooking times.
Hi I'm doing your Tuscany chicken tonight I've done it many times now but we absolutely love it .your beef stew is amazing !!! Love your demonstration and putting your recipes ingredients on .
Hi kitchen sanctuary congratulations on your success love watching your youtube channel absolutely amazing on RUclips absolutely amazing congratulations to you have a fantastic day please keep making more videos on RUclips love from paul Roberts
Made this for our evening meal just an hour ago. When I looked for the vinegar we had run out so I used Balsamic instead. Tonight I`m being treated like a cooking God.....lol Thanks Nikki for this lovely meal.
I made this tonight. U need to sear for about 4 minutes a side on medium heat. Then simmer on low in sauce with lid on for 10 - 12 minutes. My chops were a bit thick.
Try this recipe tonight, the only thing I changed because I didn't have any white wine vinegar I used rice wine vinegar tasted delicious next time I will use the white wine vinegar. thank you
Last night I made your Chicken a la king (or chicken supreme we used to call it), and served with some warm pitta breads..... tonight I made your Halloumi burgers with some side salad and chips....both were a big hit with my family.....I have a pile of papers with your recipes to get through now....!
Hi kitchen sanctuary congratulations on your success love watching your youtube channel absolutely amazing congratulations to you have a fantastic day love from paul Roberts God bless you
Just made this for breakfast and it was good. I didn't quite made it this same way as you and that was my mistake. I didn't use a whole brown onion but part of a white, mistake. I only used 1/2 pack of mushrooms, mistake. Cooked both too long, mistake. Now I know my mistakes and will correct them. If it was that good with my mistakes, it will tastes 5 times as good when I make it like you! Thank you.
Hi kitchen sanctuary congratulations on your success love watching your youtube channel absolutely outstanding on RUclips absolutely amazing congratulations to you have a fantastic day love from paul Roberts
Wow, Nicky, this looks so great. I appreciate every single recipe you do. One question I have for you. You use a lot of chicken stock, can you please tell me if you use store bought stock. Here in Australia I use Campbells stock in a 1L tub. I honestly have never ever made my own stock. I wouldn't know where to start. Do you think its betters than store bought?
I think it's totally OK to use store bought broth or stock. But it is much better to make your own. Not only does it taste better but also cost efficient. Each time you use a chicken or buy one (even the rotisserie kind), save the bones and put in a zip lock bag and into your freezer. When you peel onions, or the ends and skin of carrots and celerys. Add those to your freezer bag until you have enough in your large zip lock bag to do your broth. All you have to do is add water and boil gently until it reduces to a nice broth/stock. Strain the pot and voila.

I prefer a pork chop to a beef steak. I always sear them in a cast iron pan and finish them in a very hot oven.
It is a favorite of ours but I prefer to cook up the tomatoe paste to get the full flavor. Then add broth.
Amazing thanks 🍀
I cooked the mushroom sauce using Knorr mushroom stock pot instead of chicken for vegetarian option and it was delicious
Lol
Im making this tonight. cant wait.
Your husband is a lucky man!
Your channel is amazing and the recipes are second to none! The new RUclips cooking queen!
