We love sodium ion batteries , we only use a small soc window anyways , the rates on diy sodium are listed for 14.8v charge

I run a 48ah Plannano LTO & a XS Power SB500 supercap charging at 15.3v. Yes, I am not at full capacity but I don't need it. I have a 4000 watts system & only drop to 15.1v at full tilt. LTO is the safest of them all. The Plannano doesn't need compression, just drop them in a nice box. As with any lithium, an active balancer is a must have.
I like those plannanos as well - got a bank for my amp dyno 👊🏼

Spim is also NIMC like cmaxx. Won't see it in my rig. You recommended those 20ah scib awhile back and I'm absolutely loving it. I have capacity and decent rebound for cheaper than my 96ah headway bank i built prior. Higher charging is where it's at.
Oh hey did you also get a chance to see srikos sodium cells becoming very volatile when overcharged or punctured?
I been running limitless for about 6 years now around 14.8 to 15.3 I always wondered if over charging them would hurt them. I haven’t had any problems or voltage loss… maybe I’ve just been lucky but they really have been great batteries
I've been talking to Limitless Lithium about running a 30ah under Praisenator's hood . Several people at the company said I'd be safe it's good to go up to 400 degrees temperature hot
Make sure you have a Fire Extinguisher because $20 for that is a lot cheaper than replacing your entire car.

Just an fyi, LTO especially the 2.9ah or the 10ah cells in a 6s configuration charging at 15.5- 16v is the most powerful lithium banks in car audio currently (nothing else is even close)

The 2.9s need a bigger bank for some kind of reserve but man.. pack a punch
