Another excellent video. The road from Lochailort to Corran Ferry is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful drives in the whole of Scotland. I even remember when the road ended at Kinlochmoidart which was pre 1966 and I still enjoy it just as much today.
@@davidlindley485 it really is a stunning route. And very few cars along the way. We made a couple of stops but as usual there’s never enough time to soak up the beautiful scenery 😃🚐👍🏻 Trev
Nice vlog again. I looked up that Diane' Wee Darlings to find some rompers for my niece who is due her baby in October....sent them to her in Australia.
@@brianinbrisbane6632 That’s lovely. I don’t think you will be disappointed. Diane makes some beautiful things. Thank you for your support, we really appreciate it 😃👍🏻💙 Trev n Sue
One tip is to try not to slip and fall over on the grass. 😉😂 Thankfully I bounced and despite a sprained knee, all was well. The weather 🌦️ in Scotland can change within the hour, so always be ready for a shower 👌🙂 Trev
@@birdnest5814 yes the rain and wind was really bad for June. But Scotland never disappoints and we were pleased to see Steve and Diane again 😃👍🏻💙 Trev n Sue
@@BobEarnshawMoHo The restaurant was very nice. Dog friendly and quite special. We enjoyed the walk (even though I struggled with my knee) but vans were parked outside and were allowed to overnight. It’s a bit uphill but downhill on the way back. Great menu and quality food but not the cheapest, just what we like 💙🚐 Trev
Your tour has certainly whetted our appetite to return to Scotland and the islands again. We have never been to Bunree but the views look amazing. Good to see you didn’t get bothered by the “wee beasties”. Best wishes H&M. x
Bunree is stunning. We had a very wet stay this time but if you want to visit Oban, Glencoe and Fort William areas, this site is perfectly positioned 😃👍🏻🚐💙 Trev n Sue
Beautiful views, even in the rain and storms there is a beauty to be seen. Many congratulations, Shela & Joe for your Golden Wedding ❤ Hope your knee has healed Trev. Save travels everyone 🌞
It’s very nice at Roam West and they have very nice Scottish menu. Staff were very friendly and helpful too. Just a short 10 to 15 minute walk from Bunree. Knee is very much better thank you 😃👍🏻💙 Trev
Hi Trev and Sue a lovely video again and what fabulous scenery it must have been every more stunning in the flesh than in the video that is surely one of the beat roads at 7:36 in the UK and being sat up high in smirf you would have a better view Happy belated golden anniversary to Sheila and Joe looked a lovely meal which you all had Sorry to hear about your knee trev remember you saying on Fb at the time hope you are feeling better All the very best to you all Daniel
Thank you Daniel. My knee is back to how it was before my fall. It was a really nasty experience but the man that helped me up was very kind indeed. I really needed him at that moment and it’s an act of kindness that I will pass on when I am given the right opportunity. Bunree is a special place. It holds many good memories for us, particularly as it was one of Sue’s Dad’s favourites back in the day. Have a wonderful weekend 😃👍🏻🚐💙 Trev
Great to see Bunree again, we stayed there three years ago and we're amazed that as foot passengers it's free on the Corin ferry, there aren't many things that are free in life. Your meals looked amazing and rightfully so with such a celebration for Shelagh & Joe. I'm sorry you took a tumble Trev, I know all about knee trouble as I'm suffering myself with constant nagging pain due to a medial meniscectomy in my early thirties! The children's clothes looked wonderful, we have a first granddaughter, Evie she is coming up nine months of age. One site we haven't stayed at is Silver sands near Arisaig and are hoping to visit next year you must've passed by it on your way to the Corin ferry? Also Arisaig house where all the SOE agents were trained before going overseas. Keep the uploads coming please & hope your knee is better 🦵👍

Only been to Bunree once , but loved it, also it was where we meet up with Dave and Lindsay. Great couple. I'm with Joe, can't go wrong with sticky toffee pud. The van was rocking , that windy was it? 😉
Bunree is a lovely location but the club need to upgrade facilities if they are still charging high rates. We had local cows block entrance when we arrived 😅
@@malcolmditchburn2834 Yes agree with facilities but I suppose it’s low priority as it’s a seasonal campsite. The entrance is quite unique. You must of had a shock seeing the cows 😂👍🏻🚐 Trev
Even in the rain Scotland is beautiful, if I could I would move and live there in a heartbeat. xx
