    I did away with my expensive gym membership, got my perfect push ups, and do stomach crunches and pull-ups in addition. I haven't been so ripped in years! Thank Perfect Pushup!

    "You actually work several muscle groups...
    - Your chest / shoulders / triceps doing the actual pushup - BUT you also have to have the following muscles flexed ("working") during the entire movement or you would not be able to do a pushup:
    abs / lower back / upperback / hips / thighs / calves
    In order to straighten your legs you have to use your leg muscles - that is why the pushup is truly a fullbody exercise.

    I just bought my Perfect Push Up. I used to be in the military and I have been out for 4 years now. I am little out of shape and I struggled a bit at first, but I'm not giving up on this product. It seems that many people are pleased with it. I hope to get back to my level I used to be again.

    i have had the Perfect Pushup for about three or four months, it works very good follow the sheet, my first set max was only 15 reps, its harder then you think,lol

    The perfect pushup really helped tone my muscles. It worked the full extent of my arms. I highly recommend this for everyone. If you want a big chest and bigger arms then this is perfect for you. I love it! You just have to stay dedicated to doing a couple of sets every night. I never received so many compliments about my muscles until using these. Thanks.

    this video is awesome ! I do 500 a day 250 in the morning in sets of 25 and another set at night. with the different sets in this video it made it more fun

    i carry a bit of fat on me just from booze mainly and from using these i have become more solid but you cant visually see the change. ive been usin them about 5 week. think i need to start doin some cardio!!!!

    Do u do 500 regular pushups? (250 in the morning & 250 in the evening) Have u gotten any results? & when u do it in sets of 25 how long of a break do u take in between each set?

    this is such a good invention, Ive been using it for a year and a bit, im a skinny dude and i was doing nothing but xbox for 2 years, and i was using this and i always got jaw drops when shirtless :D

    this thing really works if you spend about 10 minutes a day on one of these doing different variations cardio and maybe pullups and curls youll be soooo jacked

    i just got this for christmas and have been using it for i think 4 days(cuz u know how u have to skip days) and the 1st day i was sore.
    regular pushups i could do 50 but on this idk y but i could only do 30!
    is this video on the dvd i got with it cuz i have it but i havent watched it?

    I got this a week ago, and its the best thing I have purchased in a very long time. Forget spending £30 a month on gym when you can get the same effects from just one £30 payment.

    I bought these in May, but I didn’t get the Exercise Chart/Calendar with mine.
    I still have my receipt, was I ripped off or what?
    By the way,I’m loving the shape my arms and chest have taken since I bought these babies...best investment I made though I don’t have that calendar/chart. I’m still doing the basic but 100 A Day routine.
    Please advise if I got ripped off or not Bro.

    These are great. If you have damaged your wrist where you can't do do a regular push with palm flat on the floor, these solve that. Plus I just picked them up @ walmart for only $20.

    and i also increased my bench off these. its one thing to have muscular strength but another to have muscular endurance and thats what the perfect-ups do you can get both if you do them right. trust me they work.

    I do "full body" workouts--those that exercise large muscle groups, such as taking a set of dumbbells and starting at the feet in a crouch position, bringing them up through the torso, up to the shoulders, doing a shoulder press, and then finishing by flexing up to my toes and taking them back down slowly, and repeating. With the twisty-ness of the perf push - i get some back as well as chest, triceps, and biceps, which helps complement other "full body" exercises. I also jog/run & other ex's.

    I think these are the greatest chest workout invention since sliced bread. I love my perfect p/u's. I have a good variable routine, I workout 3 times a week, (day1), slow negative sets 6-10 reps till failure below 6, (day 2) moderate speed, moderate sets 12-15 reps until failure below 12. (day3) fast super sets 16-25 reps until failure below 16. And I alternate wide p/u's and dumbell flys back and forth. I.E.( mon) fly's, (wed) wide p/u (sat) back to fly's again. It has worked well for me.

    I sold my weight set so i got mine about a year ago for $19.99 at Walgreens....By far one of the best pieces of workout equitp i have bought. I love weights, always will, but this is a great substitute and i am always sore after i get creative with em

    I lift weights and use the Perfect Pushup. Should I lift weights and use the Perfect Pushup in the same day. Or should I split them, one day lift weights and the next day use the Perfect Pushup? CAN SOMEBODY ANSWER MY QUESTION?

    damn right it hurts lol. I have been doing crosstraining on an eliptical type machine for the last year and a half or so, but when I bought and tried the perfect pushup, i realized how weak I was STILL in the upper body.

    well i bought this today and there were 2 options
    the basic one or this one
    but this one was 25 bucks more expensive
    and i didnt really need the dvd etc that comes with this one but
    my question is the basic one it wont break
    so easy or so right?

    I looked at this and the pushup pro. They are both well made and will give you great results if you use them. Even if you're used to doing a lot of regular pushups you'll notice a big difference when you use these. Can hardly wait to get to the expert level-helps with core strength as well. One of the cheapest best ways that I know of to get a good upper body workout-just throw in a chin-up bar and you're in business. There's a reason militaries around the world train with pushups-they work!

    I usually do 12 regular push ups, 12 wide grip, 12 close and 12 480 power punch. All these in a row, then a rest, then I repeat it 2 more times. Do u guys think is a good routine?? plz comment back

    yes, motivation is what most people need to get off their asses and work out. Most people don't have that self-drive. It's like going to the gym alone isn't that fun, but when you have a friend or a trainer pushing at you, it helps the adrenaline kick in more.

    Its better then doing a normal pushup because of the rotaion of the handles, its much harder cuz it hits more body parts, it works you must get it, you will be sore after the first time you use it..

    Lefty Teammate -- first of all don't despair about one arm being smaller than another -- totally normal since one of our arms is dominant over another -- unless you're a dedicated body builder, we all contend with this challenge.
    What you can do about it is combine one assisted pushups wiht bicep curls -- start with 3 set of 8-12 reps -- let me know how it goes -- CHARLIE MIKE -- ALDEN

    Make sure you do the one for the 10 rep one, the reps will be, 8,6,4,2, only rest for 30sec each set, you will feel it...

    my good friend has been doing these for a long time and strictly bodyweight exercises too and a couple weeks ago we went to the gym and he could bench roughly 15 pounds more than he could before..

    i know lol normally with a plain pushup i can go up to 20 pushups per set
    this thing burns starting at 10 and i made it till 15 today

    depends on the "hard" you worked out. if you only did like 60 total, u should do everyday. but if u did like 300, every two days (u should also mix it with ur upper arm training day) as for the protein drinks, like i said it depends on how "hard" you work out

    The Basic one is fine, make sure it says the Perfect Pushup on it, it wont break, make sure you use it right,lol, you dont need the DVD, but it should come with the work out sheet, i bought mine for 20 bucks, its worth it....

    Pushups are not meant to develope belly, "stomach" muscles... They are to develope arms, shoulder and upper body. I'm sure you can find Ab Roller somwhere for stomach muscles. :)

    Yes, i have been useing the Bowflex for years and its a good workout but i was geting bored with it, i got the Perfect Pushup like 3 months ago, im glad i did the first time i did my set max i was sore, the next day i tried doing the reg and wide i could not finish, i was fucking sore for like 5 days i could not lift my arms up, its worth buying trust me, i got it for 20 bucks, its worth it...

    I do the reps for the 40 max, 26, 14, 10, it kicks my ass ever time,lol i only rest 30sec after each set, and i feel it, when i start doing the two reg pushups and the wide im like oh shit!!!lol

    you know, if you do the normal perfect push-up but the rotation backwards it does a lot of chest, try it

    I think that routine is ok, but i do the the Perfect Pushup three times a week from the sheet it works good and sometimes i do the arms workout once a week, and the next week ill do the shoulder workout..

    umm no sorry. you are supposed to exhaled on the force movement: ie, the pushing up part, or the pulling in a rowing movment or the curl up in bicep curls. it helps force out a couple more reps or that last one of each set. try it. it works. inhale on the approach, exhale on the force.

    I've had the perfect pushup for all of a week and it definitely works. It's a different type of exercising philosophy, tho. It's based on the idea of working large muscle groups quickly, not isolated muscle workouts. If you push yourself for 20 minutes a day with pushups, pul-ups, and some other full body workouts, you'll be in very good shape. The perfect pushup helps facilitate such full-body, large group muscle exercises. No joke.
