Ok.. I wasn't expecting that. I just thought it was a university in the city, in a building somewhere. Really impressed! Great video
Thanks for the vid guys
What a wonderful video.
Thanks for ur informative video. U can consider Taylors or sunway uni. My daughter too intend to do A-levels tis year.
You should check Educity Iskandar, Johor
There are 3 UK universities based
U should check out Taylors University in Sunway juz to see some other option...if Im not mistaken Taylors Uni have exchange prog with American and Australia Uni as well....cheers
I know a few people moving out of the UK to Malaysia to raise their kids. I never thought the unis in Malaysia is so well done up! Lucky daughter you have there, guys! Someone mentioned brain drain in Malaysia.. well, it happens globally including the UK! 😂
Couldn't agree more 😃
Thanks for this important information! Is there an entrance exam? SAT requirements?
There are entry requirements for the courses. Each course has a different requirements. As this is a British University, there are no SAT requirements.
Wow! The rooms look fab!
Lucky girl indeed! 😂
Is it hard to get in or we just apply-pay-n-enroll?
There are entry requirements but the foundation courses are fairly easy to get into. You would need to provide evidence of your qualifications to secure your place onto the course.
Hi.pls could you also provide info about the software dept faculty(helpful?quality of teachin?) if you have any known student enrolled in Nottingham uni, malaysia

is this university good for MBA for an international student? there won't be any language barriers or racism, right? like for master's we have to do group assignments and stuff ... since u guys know this university abit that's why I'm asking .. thank you :)
@madhunter9370 we met a student who was doing his masters and he was from the UK. He spoke about the place very fondly and had lots of international friends from other countries. Malaysian locals are generally quite friendly and Malaysia is very multi-cultural so people are very acceptant of one another.
@@safandsara thank you soooo much... was waiting for this reply..
Love the campus a lot
We call it FAMA scholarship 😂
A degree is only worth as much as where it came from and those from Malaysian universities are worthless.
@byteme9718 This is a UK University in Malaysia. The degree certificate does not specify which campus.
@@safandsara You don't understand how this works. This is basically a franchise and something that UK educational facilities started doing in the late 1980s.
@byteme9718 thank you, we are well aware as we are teachers ourselves. We also have friends who have children who studied there and not had any issues finding work anywhere else. Our daughter will also be spending part of the degree at the UK campus so she gets experience from both.
@@safandsara I too am a UK qualified lecturer so know exactly how this works. More accurately, I'm an ex lecturer because I was so disgusted at the path education was heading in I left and went into specialist industry. I doubt I'll return but if I did it would have to be at a university that was well recognised. Nottingham is not at that level and you should take steps to make sure she's safe while there.
@byteme9718 thank you, we appreciate your advice 🙂
University Lecturers in Nottingham MY or others have Lecturers' without at PGCHE or members of the Higher Education Academy. This is the gold standard to teach in Universities like in the UK. So, you get hopeless Phd Lecturers spewing text book verbosity and there is no critical thinking. DO a degree that has skills attached to it like Dentistry/Medicine etc. Or else be prepared to bear the wrath of apartied, racism and low pay in MY. If you return to the UK with an academic degree. It is worthless too. Forget about UK Student Debt. Small % is taken and mathematically you will never repay the amount. UK degree has much more value and the learning and social character development is fantastic. My son did Marketing and for years unemployed in MY but he kept persevering and learnt newer skills online from India. Now, working with the biggest 5G Co in UK. Brain Drain In MY and Non Malays are LEAVING in their droves to NZ, Dubai and USA.
Thank you for your comment. Our daughter plans to partake in the exchange program to the UK in the final year of the undergrad program, so that she can look for employment opportunities whilst she is there. She does not plan to seek employment in Malaysia. We have friends who have children who studied at Nottingham MY, and they were quite pleased with the education they received.
Student loan repayments in the UK are automatically deducted from your salary each month. Although it might not be a huge amount every month, it adds up with the living expenses being so high. This would be an added burden.
The graduation certificate does not specify which campus the degree was undertaken and holds the same value.
When are you leaving the country? Brain not draining I suppose...
Something wrong with your comments .
If you can afford , you can go any where .
