My grandmother was there and what I remember of that place was something very scary ! Going in the late 60’s and 70’s. Visits just remember walking in to see her and she always seemed out of it over drugged . We would take on long weekends . My mom had had guardianship over her but
could not have her at home
because she wander the streets or would break out or try ! I know my mom struggled with that !
