In the beginning, the store from where we purchased the product said the battery is correct after testing it. But in the meanwhile, we contacted the customer care fo the issue, Because we know the reply of the local dealer. The customer care said we do not deal for such battery and provided a local customer care manager. We called him and described the problem he directed us to another person who handles the issue locally. But during this, we WhatsApped this video to their local customer care officer. After seeing the video we received a phone call from their side and they directed us to a dealer where we can submit the battery. After submitting the battery it was not replaced by them and more than 15 days passed. They said the truck of the company is not coming. So we purchased the new battery because we could not wait for such a long time. In the end, the local dealer said he would replace the battery at his end and provided a CEIL brand name battery. That was giving the same amount of backup. He said the local dealer has full right to replace the batter at their end without any waiting of the company truck but the original dealer did not do it for you and you suffered a lot and wasted money on purchasing a new battery for the time being.

Years back I bought one to replace the ups battery and it gave only 5 to 10 minutes backup where as the original battery gave up to 20 minutes. After 6 months or so the new battery backup was roughly 1 minute.. Such a waste battery.
Ye ek kharab battery thi jise dealer ne change karne me co-operate nahi kiya. Ups ki battery ko change kar ke nayi dene ki dealer ko poora right rehata hai. Par vo aapko kabhi nahi nayi battery dete hi. Agar company se change ho kar ayegi to 15-20 din lagta hai tab tak aapko nayi battery purchase karni padti hai. Aur vahi hume bhi karna pada. Sab dealer ki galti hai....
I am using 50w panel + 7ah UPS battery. After I connect mobile to USB port. In sometime LED turns to Amber. During Sun hours , Sun indicator blinks which means battery id fully charged. Can you tell why ?

what was the backup after replacement is it giving proper backup. I am also facing the same issue.
They took almost 15 day to provide a replacement so in the time being I purchased new of luminous. Who can wait so long.
In these things all the fault is of delear they never cooperate. They have full right to provide a replacement instantly but they never do it.
