Cases dont get dismissed because the DEFENSE prolongs the case with delays, false allegations and frivolous motions then claims "Its taking too long..unfair"!! Doesnt work like that

She actually thinks she can unring the bell on coercion. She said she called woody onto the stand to ask if he felt coerced. Never asked about it. She’s not trustworthy.

Melnick was right about demanding federal immunity! This judge is also lying to Woody! Simone told him the statute of limitations is up federally. It is not on some crimes! He needs to tell them he wants federal immunity or he is pleading the 5th and he has that right because they cannot refuse him his 5th federally if they cannot give him federal immunity!

There was nothing wrong with the ex parte meeting because Woody was not a defender in the case, so the defense had no burden to be present. It was a meeting to purge him from his immunity violation. In that meeting, he had a substitute attorney in lawyer Kayla Bumpus who was sitting for lawyer Melnick. This case will not be a mistrial. The jury will decide if they want a city ruled by gangs or a city ruled by law and order.
