Damn, that's a lot of fresh pow! Almost went up to Heavenly this weekend to do some boardin', but I hate the crowds, lol. I'm digging a sewer main down the middle of a busy street in my town. Tons of utilities in the ground and above, with traffic very close to my excavator. This actually looks fun, haha! Great video! Keep up the good work, and stay safe!
I do a little snow plowing with a small Kubota tractor, definitely nothing like what you do. Do you get paid by homeowners and the county for clearing snow? Is it hard to get people to pay reliably? Great content!
You don't need any special license to run a loader like that. They're very easy to operate... But it takes practice to run one smoothly and efficiently.
@@sleddingfarmer8692 that is the case with everything…practice :). Thank you for the licensing answer, that makes sense, need to be trusted by the owner, which is ideal.
While I thoroughly enjoy watching this video it also reminds me of that person who retrieves the carts from the retail store parking lot. The job that never ends.
Can you answer this question? Why is it that the majority of the snow removal videos never use snow blowers, especially since the technology and sizes are bigger now and the throwing distance is much higher now. You push way too much snow to not have one. Check out Larue or Normand, Canadian companies who know a little about snow, lol
We do have a blower that we use in conjunction with the blade, but almost always we go out with the blade first and set everything up for the blower. The blade works really well for getting the roads open fast and the blower does a good job at blowing the banks back. Check out my last video of the blower!
Easy to see the continuous incremental efficiency gains and experiments you mention, that's what makes it fun.
This is mesmerizing! I was not able to tear away from it... In Absolute AWE here in Buffalo, NY
Thank you!

Loving the nighttime videos
I'm glad I live in Florida.
Damn, Lotta snow
Do the tires have liquid ballast?
Yes, the rear tires have liquid ballast
Looks great…what licensing do you need to operate a loader like that. Also, y’all definitely need another blower for those driveways.

I worry about the roofs of the houses under all that snow

Just think all that snow has got to melt.
If it don't stop snowing you will not have no place to any more snow
