Experimented on ensaymada using the Baumann bread machine..
We used the recipe of Mrs. Galang's Kitchen and adapted it for bread machine use. We enjoyed a loaf of bread that smells like and tastes like ensaymada. We made a simple cream cheese frosting as well.
