Awesome Daniel! I do music in some of my vids but not all, I try to change it up so its not always the same thing and the content appeals to a bigger audience. I appreciate the feedback! Thank you for watching and commenting!
I didn't think it was going to make it thru those trees and bushes look like they were getting the better of you. Made for a good video thank you for sharing and please keep them coming.
Chuckle, I cant believe I watched the whole hour of this. Extremely satisfying, man that thing just ate everything. Yes I live in the city and have no use for one but I must have one!😁
Been eyeing the fecon mulcher attachment for the skid steers. They are efficient in dealing sapplings, not really meant for mowing but they would make light working in cutting a path through those trees for sure. Upstate brush control uses theres alot in there vids.
@@davidwillard7334 it's people like you that are dumb and not educated most of the stuff he cuts down are lots that are already in cities are backyards get over it fuck the animals
WOW! I’m always amazed at how that machine just cuts through anything. In the end the job is done and I’m sure the guy that wanted it done was happy with how it turned out. Good job! 💯👍
@@France2107 Hell if i know lol. I was just messing with him anyways. I watch every vid this guy comes out with and love every min of them. I even hit that like button. : )
Hey Susie! Yeah you can get a wide variety of attachments for skid steers these days! I hope bigfoot didn't see me, I'd be driving the other way for sure! Thank you for watching and commenting!
Hahahahaha! Every time I watch you it brings back memories of cutting 4wheeler trailers here in eastern NC but doing it the old way. Sling blades, weed eaters with brush blades, Bush ax’s, machetes, chainsaws and my trusty DR bush cutter. You make it look easy. Hahahahaha! Stay safe and if you have a GPS in that rig?
Thank you for the video! Always enjoy watching your efforts for us. As for the limit of clearing, adjacent to the county road, I'm assuming you discussed that with the property owner(?). If they were expecting the area from where the county ended maintenance to the treeline to be brush hogged, it wouldn't seem practical or desirable to leave a strip of grass unmowed. Typically the county's flail-type mowers are less forgiving, then your capability. As always, you want to keep up your great reputation for satisfied customers.
Yeah but a Fecon is usually $18-25,000, and an MTL is around 5 grand...not everyone can buy the most expensive piece of equipment when they are a small outfit. Do you own any type of brush mulcher? Or a skid steer? Or just a fecon employee lol
I am a new subscriber there is something weirdly satisfying about watching this video 😎 I have never seen one of these machines used in Australia where I live I suppose we have them it looks very powerful for a small machine Looks like not to take too much ,just small bites is the secret to it not jamming up etc 👍 some nice Christmas trees in there 👀 I wonder how many snakes he comes across Or dead bodies 😳
What kind / brands of mulching heads have you tried? Ever thought about a Denis Cimaf or a CAT branded unit by cimaf? Mowers are great we use brown mowers and a few other brands. I there is also FAE mulching heads. I also highly recommend the ground shark by Paladin MFG Anyway I’m in Atlanta I work for the local CAT dealer if you ever have any questions let me know would be glad to help!!
What was the holdup? If you run your diamond cutter a that low a speed your going to burn the blade up. Don’t be afraid to cut any grass with it. Hey crank up the rpm on your blade. The only time you raise an lower your blade is when you incounter bigger trees. 3 to 8 in it will munch down on some greens. It will shred up to an 8 to 9 inch tree they’ll be afraid to use it that’s what it was built for they should carry a warranty that lets you cut foliage down you should down that road in 20 to 30 minutes at the most. I’ll run them units were they first come out. Don’t be afraid of it what it was designed for Cesar got a blade on it that has Keith on it or what it looks like blades on a Bush hog. Like I said don’t be afraid of it get down on some foliage is there’s your dinner
The little trees are all new growth after an area is logged off, they come in as thick as hair then eventually as they grow some die off to make room for the trees to grow bigger, same happens when a fire goes through an area, very good observation
Thats more of a medium duty mowchine! Get a Brown Treecutter or a Diamond disc cutter to really lay that stuff down with some speed. Video took forever for a 2 pass road.. On my brown it could have been 10 minutes.
gonna be blunt. if you did this in my area, every poacher in the county would be riding by on the highway constantly, trying to see down the mowed strip. be so many of them riding by, would look like the interstate
Hey Steffen, I hear ya and it wouldn't surprise me if that is happening here but this is what the owner wanted so I cut the lane as best I could! Thank you for watching and commenting!
Wait... What happens if the ditch is very low and or something is hard underneath? Are you able to avoid falling into a ditch? Be careful! Love your videos.
I have a question, I use a Bobcat T650 and a Diamond cutter and I just keep the deck a few inches up and just drive through the brush, I cut stuff off 3" diameter and just keep going. Why do you lift the deck up and cut the side of the tree? Seems like you method would take forever?
I like the camera ride along and no music. You can hear the breaking, cracking, grinding of the trees, love it.
One main reason I watch you over others is NO MUSIC fill in ...great job...
Awesome Daniel! I do music in some of my vids but not all, I try to change it up so its not always the same thing and the content appeals to a bigger audience. I appreciate the feedback! Thank you for watching and commenting!
I love watching someone mow so you can imagine how much I enjoyed watching these tall bushes and trees go down great 👍 job
Thanks Billie! Glad you are enjoying the content! Thank you for watching and commenting!
I didn't think it was going to make it thru those trees and bushes look like they were getting the better of you. Made for a good video thank you for sharing and please keep them coming.
Yeah it was tough getting back there, but I made it, thanks for watching!
WOW! what a machine...so fun to watch. I can’t imagine how long it would have taken to manually clear that. 👍
Yeah it would have taken awhile to do by hand for sure! Thanks for watching and commenting Kathryn!
I'm so hooked on these videos. Just love how this machine works 👍🏼
Now that is a road clearing! Thank you for the full coverage.
Thanks for watching!
I’ve watched this several times and still love it
Your John Deere works well cutting brush and I like the way that you treat it carefully so you don’t end up with huge unnecessary repair bills .
Never knew this could be so intense. Very enjoyable to learn what is involved.
Yeah it can be intense for sure LOL! Glad you enjoyed, Thank you for watching and commenting!
Great video. Thanks for showing the whole job. I like longer videos. I wanna see it all!

It almost makes me cry how easily those beautiful trees come down and yet I love this amazing machine.
@ruZZkik_haZatoday I learned that pine trees are not trees. FFS
Wow I always wondered how these vacant lots were cut great video and that attachment is a beast Great Work!!
Thanks 👍
I like the camera on top of the cab. Much better than a tripod.
Cool, thanks for the feedback.

Great job, that thing knocks down them little sapling like nothing!

I was thinking the Fecon might of been a better choice,
But MTL XCT did a fine job.
Man I need to get something like this to help clear the ends of my dad runway for his Mooney. Over growth took over this past summer so bad!
Use goats! Rent their time or own a few.
Damn that must have been a huge magnet, the one that kept pulling you into the other people's property..

I never knew that kind of machinery existed 😳. Great job.
That's a beast of an attachment. Like to see the gear handling. Wonder if Bigfoot saw you. 😆

That machine is awesome.i enjoyed watching thank you for the video
Powerful machine. Thank you Sir 🌹
Oddly satisfying, Sort of like watching a drunk trying to fit a key in a car door.
🤣
Another fine job! Thank you for sharing a longer video. 😊

He just wanted me to mow as close as I could parallel to the ditch.
Very satisfying clearing the way for new roadway or neighborhood I assume
Man that is some Wooley stuff.
I think a FECON brush mulcher works best and faster in this situations.. 👍
if he wasn't overly cautious. he would have got it done way sooner. these skidsteers brushhog are meant to handle way more abuse

This is how you get that pleasant scent of pine.
Great job man
You should remake the movie : Hunnie ....I shrunk the grasses !!! ...😁😁😁
That thing is the BOMB.
now that’s a great attachment for your bobcat

🤣

Those must be pulp trees because there is no way close packed timber like that will ever get big enough for decent lumber.
The little trees are all new growth after an area is logged off, they come in as thick as hair then eventually as they grow some die off to make room for the trees to grow bigger, same happens when a fire goes through an area, very good observation
