Thank for explained....so, how to install the permit on ECDIS...because i have some permit from provide...i already load in USB n try to install to ecdis still can not install......step 1...chart handling....2 click ENC. GB...3..click install permit n select USB but not file is there...

It has to be a txt file
It's better you contact your ENC provider through email. The ENC provider will appropriately guide you. I had also encountered the same problem before.
