1 cup fine semolina
1/2 cup white sugar
5 cups of whole milk
1 Tbspn orange blossom water
2 cans pick cream (for the top layer)
1/4 cup crushed pistachio (for the top layer decoration)
Sugar syrup
2 cups white sugar
1 cup water
1 and 1/2 Tbspn orange blossom water

You could also use the nestle brand just mix it with a little
Milk and cornstarch to make it thicker
