@@mbal4052 it depends, if you can afford it, Canada would be amazing as it isnt very crowded and it is great snow/mountains, however europe is very crowded and expensive, but there is great apres ski and you meet lots of people plus there are some great spots in countries like Italy, France austria. do some research on ski resorts in those countries, i do not reccommend les gets but definetly places like zermatt, val'disere, verbier (very expensive, bansko is cheap

Komme selber aus Schruns und kenne die Abfahrt auswendig. Ich weiß auch wie die Oberschenkel dabei brennen 😉 Richtig gut durchgezogen, mein Respekt! 👍
Wenn du die Abfahrt Richtung Silbertal nimmst, müsste die Gesamt-Distanz nochmal länger sein. Aber stabiler Run :)
Hey Marius bin letzte Woche dort gefahren und hatte einen Schönen tag, jedoch war bei der Talabfahrt nur noch ein Weißer Streifen übrig und wir mussten über die Straßen die Skier tragen. Mich würde interessieren wann du am Hochjoch warst

That looks as an easy run, something like Revelstoke BC, Canada. But that is 15km long. Try peak to creek, Whistle mountain. 12km blue, in Europe that would be red run.

Wegen diesem Clip fahre ich nach 22 Jahren mal wieder dahin. Die Abfahrt kannte ich damals noch nicht. Ich war nur auf der Nova und fand damals als Snowboarder die Ziehwege etwas anstrengend, aber ich lass mich jetzt überraschen und checke das Gebiet und diese Abfahrt mal aus. THX!

I’ve skied Lech and surrounding areas over 2 dozen times since 1985 and I’ve watched many RUclips videos and this makes me want to go back and ski again! Still very fit and strong so why not ! Thanks for posting a brilliant film .the slope was breathtaking from the view not the level of difficulty, your skiing displayed style and control like mine on a good day! Ha! That was beautifully filmed. This looked a lot more fun than many of these long runs, as there wasn’t too much that was flat, and the parts that were were still interesting.
In the camera view behind the skier, I could feel the skiing as if I were doing it. In a spot where the skier slightly lost balance, I felt that too. Pretty cool, and spooky. I literally felt the sensation of possibly falling.
...and you weren't even winded at the end! Wow! Respect!

Einfach ein schönes Skigebiet, das Montafon bietet zudem noch weitere schöne skigebiete, genauso wie vor dem Montafon. Das Brandnertal zählt ebenso zur Silvretta Montafon Card. Ein schön gelegenes Skigebiet mit abwechslungsreichen Pisten und schöne Ecken zu erkunden. Das wäre auch mal was für dich Marius👍

Ach ja das Brandnertal. Hätten wir unmittelbar nach unserem Skiurlaub dort unseren ersten Sohn bekommen, würde er jetzt Bludenz (Ort) heißen. Ganz gut, dass es nicht so gekommen ist 😆
Ein Besuch lohnt sich definitiv.
Und vergiss mir Gargellen nicht (Freeride).
Wie bekommst du diese ganzen Daten? Höhenmeter Geschwindigkeit Pistenroute usw ?

Thank you ❤ Here in BC Canada at Whistler there is a long run called the Peak to Creek - this makes me want to try it. It’s not as long as this though. 👍🏼👏🏼❤️🙏🏻😍🥰
When searching for the longest distance you can continuously ski in North America, Whistler Blackcomb is a leading candidate. >2000m vertical and green runs top to bottom on the Blackcomb side. By choosing the most roundabout cat tracks that will still get you down, you can end with 12.8 km distance (this is a google earth path trace, which gives 8 km for the run in the video, but that assumes that he takes the shortest path as marked [which nobody does]). Revelstoke's easiest way down is of similar length (~12.8 km).
For the most part, US ski areas are not competitive. Lack of vertical (most of Colorado and Utah) and a lack of cat tracks in the ones that do (Most of the vertical at big sky has no cat tracks to get distance). The exception is Jackson hole's easiest top to bottom route gets you 9 km and Mount hood's easiest route which gets you 8 km.
Dishonorable mention:
Winter park: Vazquez cirque route to pioneer chair (8 km... How does a ski area with
Peak to Creek has a lot of moguls near the latter half so unfortunately won't be nearly as smooth as this

Ich bin leider schon einige Jahre nicht mehr dort gewesen, aber als Kind bin Ich diese Route dutzende Male gefahren und habe das scheinbar unendliche schnelle dahingleiten geliebt.
Anscheinend hat sie mich ein wenig geprägt, weil Ich könnte schwören ich habe ein paar der Bäume wiedererkannt :D

Yesss, die Abfahrt bin ich auch schon gefahren. Fand die auch super, nur oben am Hochjoch war mir persönlich zuviel Schatten. Dadurch ist die Sicht einfach nicht so dolle und ich bin dann leider immer etwas unsicher unterwegs. Aber deine Videos sind echt top!!!

In the 2 Alpes from Top (3450m) to the village (1340m) there is a 16 km long slope. And La Sarenne in Alpes Duez is 16 km long I believe.
The Sarenne claims 16km but is more like 12km.
