MCR#9 | Suzuki GS500 | Cutting the Sub-Frame & Welding in a Frame or Seat Hoop | Modern Cafe Racer

In this episode we cut out the seat brackets and the end of the sub-frame and then measure up, cut and weld in using a unimig 120 viper, a seat hoop or frame hoop I bought from thirdgear.com.au. I ten use selleys Knead it to help blend in the transition between the round and square tubing before grinding it smooth and calling it a day!
