  • In this episode we complete several jobs. we install ebay cnc adjustable clutch and brake levers. we then cut off the rear pillion pegs supports or stays, to clean up the rear end. Finally we go freestyle and cut or trim down the stock front fender or mudguard to about half length front and back to give it a more cafe feel.

Looks awesome man. I have similar levers on the Himalayan. They also have lever length adjustment as well as the levers themselves flipping up if I stack it. Though I have barkbusters.
Man, that front guard got chopped alright, ahahahha.
I’ve got some build videos to catch up on now that work has quiet ended down again.

Cleaning up well. Looking forward to seeing how you hide all the electricery currently under the side covers.
My levers on the XV thou, which is in the kitchen, now look crap after seeing yours, are they from third gear?
And the guard's too long too, nothing the grinder can't fix tho, ay.
