I think you have to take productid from both the tables and create the bridge table. You will face issues if you are taking product id from single table. What if another table has different product id than your bridge table, so please take product id from both tables and create a brridge table
In most business cases this is not the way to handle duplicates. Using these kind of bridge tables won't work in lager models because you'll use the bridge as a fact table, so filtering has restrictions. I would suggest to add an aggregation or create more specific keys.

Hello I tried this method have table 1 with duplicate id also in the table2 with duplicate ID also. Then using table 1 I need to pull in some columns from table 2 it is not working
ManufactTable Could not find a part of the path 'C:\Users\bmarri\Documents\ManufactTable.xlsx'. when we have use the Pbix. file so this Path error will be showing.
Hi Bindu, I tried this method (having 4 lakhs + data) finally ended up with an error - "The following table(s) do not have the storage mode set and will be set to import. if you like to set them to direct query click close and remove the transformations that cannot be used with direct query" :(
I have tried and try to apply LOOKUPVALUE DAX it is throwing error as "The column '[Product #]' either doesn't exist or doesn't have a relationship to any table available in the current context."

In that case both the table's Live data will get remove right if that perticular product keys. So that's why One more bridge table have to add. Soo data we shouldn't touch.

why are you doing the same data set the othre person did? you should do different dataset for more perspectives that we can learn otherwise can learn from the other person who did this data set first!!
