Is there a way to delete columns depending on characteristics of the data. For instance make the Custom list of columns that only have one value and them use your process to delete that list of columns?

If the column names keep changing and are not consistent you need to check it manually then

Make sure your relationships are right . And of you still have nulls then you can replace it with any value or text saying there is no relevant data
