It is my view that Divine Madness is not insanity, but a super sanity. You said it so well, a glimpse of the Gods

Probably one of the best explanations, I've heard, of what the term "philadelphia" really means, stripped of the merely homoerotic tones some folks find it necessary to associate with it, these days.

Just as Night and Darkness are truly real Beings, and they are lovers not by body but by ousia, real lovers makes our wings grow From Phaedrus " leading Selves to the Likeness of The God whom They Revere, The Desire of Those who are In Very Truth Lovers The Initiation into The Mystic Rites of Love if indeed They quite accomplish that which They Desire , in the way I describe ,
is in this way Beautiful and also Brings-about Spiritual-Well-Being
Through The Lover , under the spell of The Fury of Love for The Beloved"

I think the Greeks probably did practice pederasty; but it's just because of homophobia that we focus on that aspect. I mean the age of consent here in the u.s. is 16 in my state, guys here have sex with younger women, also there are groups like the amish who do it systematically (marrying older men to younger women). Jewish law makes their girls women at like 12....so the ancient Greeks practicing pederasty isn't like weird in itself when you see we still have aspects of this but just for women lol
