    Great info, thank you! So do you train the same exercises everyday? How many days a week do you train. Would be great to see your split with sets and reps. Thank you! D

      Yes at the moment I train the same exercise 4-5 times a week. I will post my training split at some point..

    oh well partly right. look at mike mentzers training tips. and everything needs to be age adjusted also. recovery time and reaching point of failure doing slow reps will decrease your volume load and injury proness.
