It always pays to do everything proactively in these kind of situations. You also need to give them timelines you will take action not the other way around. If they say it will take 5 business days to get back to you, you tell them if you do not recieve a response within that time you will be making a complaint to afca/ombudsman. Then do what you say. Otherwise they will walk all over you.
This was amazing to watch! The piece is so beautiful! The glass has multiple Dimensions to it! I've been fortunate to watch glass artists at work and it's so mesmerizing. I use to make glass beads, and I loved it!

Can’t imagine imagine the pressure of being the catcher is the space suit, all it needed was his glasses to fog up in there and he could have dropped it- the more I think about it, the more I think WOW!
When I first saw the video and I saw you putting the glass inside the turtle shell I thought that was a real turtle shell and you were just gonna put glass in it and make a vase or something that was one of the most beautiful and one of the most coolest things I’ve seen that turtle was beautiful. You and your colleagues should be so proud of the talent that God gave you or that you gave yourselves through hard work. @Robin Onggo their well protected in ecuador! At the time Lonely George was still alive and he was about 100+yrs old already. The habits had tonssss of baby turtles and they keep then secure till the age that a predator cant kill them unless irs a huge shark. The biggest ones roam the island freely. You can take photos of them since they basically are massive and roam the areas near the habits.

From the thumbnail, I thought a real live turtle was being torched alive. Thankfully that wasn’t the case. That turtle looked so real. Great craftsmanship.
The head of the turtle is really well done the detail is wonderful the texture and the colors are amazing work. I hope he survived the aneiling process and stayed together.
