Seriously fam, I watched this last night and although I cried for like the last 40 minutes straight lol, the show did everything you could hope for. Closures, new beginnings, and satisfaction. Oliver did it and no words can ever repay him, the mission never ends.
As sad as I was watching this episode, seeing a lot of the old characters/cast return for Oliver's burial was really great. I was smiling hard when I saw Ragman back! (He was my favorite of the new cast/recruits and hated when he left off.) Then the ending with Diggle was the nice cherry on top.

What a show man and what an ending I don't think I could have asked for much more. Thank You Arrow for everything! Without you we never would have had the Arrow verse and all the other shows that came with it. I'm sad but also glad I got to enjoy the ride!
That was a perfect ending, leaving things off hopeful, full of emotion, I’m glad they paid off the season 7 finale because with so many changes because of crisis I wasn’t sure if they would.
Oliver used his power to not only ensure his kids had a happier, safer life but to give that same chance to nearly everyone he loved and cared about, multiplied exponentially on a universal scale. the other cosmic-level beings of the DCU should be take note, this is how it's done
Idk if it's Tre and Tasha but I didn't cry last night and when I saw their reaction this morning the first scene had me in tears. I always get upset when it feels like I just am never emotionally invested but that just hit differently. I do want to thank this channel because I don't know anyone who watch these shows irl and being able to have a very down to earth reaction channel be on the ride with you feels so good. I started the Arrowverse a couple years ago and binged watched it when I learned it was an entire connected thing and stuck with it sense. Arrow was stupidly the last show I watched and I regret not trying it out sooner to be apart of this glorious ride a little bit longer.
Love how Quentin's arc completed from where it started in season 1 and ended now. He grew so so much and his relationship with Oliver truly was amazing. Also his relationship was Earth-2 Laurel is also another incredibly written one.
Why do I get a feeling that people are going to be like "Arrow had the most saddest funeral scene" or "Endgame had the saddest funeral scene" ? Something in my nerdy gut says someone is comparing these two funerals & there's a full on unnecessary argument going on as we speak.

*'F A D E O U T'* hit on so many levels from all the intimate scenes between the actors making returning cameos to the incredible GA flashback fight but the standout being legit every David Ramsey speech tho. this man Diggle could make an encyclopedia reading seem tragically EPIC (in a great way). i appreciate all the cast and crew who entertained tf out me for 8 very memorable seasons, yall deserve every accolade especially Stephen Amell himself whose dynamic performances legit carried the show. And to Katherine McNamara's legacy spinoff that i definitely plan on watching, 5 words, *You Will **_Save_** This City!* 👍# 1067

My favorite show of the Arrowverse, the one that started it all!! I never missed an episode and it's the only Arrowverse show where I made sure to get all the DVD/Blu rays! Like you guys said Stephen Amell is the Godfather/Robert Downey Jr of the Arrowverse...kudos to him on an amazing job and truly caring about his character and this show...congrats to the rest of the cast and crew (especially my girl Katie Cassidy--been following her since 2005 WB days) Great ending to a great show!!! Love your reactions as usual :)
Its so sad to see Arrow go but Oliver gave us this whole Arrowverse and I love it. I started Arrow after I had seen some reactions to Flash then got into the whole universe. I loved this whole finale
I like the theory that Legends of Podcasting had regarding John and his ring, that the ring was the one that belonged to the John Stewart on Earth-90, and since that John (and that Earth) are no longer around, the ring came to find the John on this Earth. It was such a great episode (and season), but there's only one thing I wish we'd seen...just one scene of Ollie with the goatee. That's the one thing that would've sealed this as a perfect goodbye.
Seeing Oliver Season 1 in flashback going HAM was AMAZING......and how they gonna make my guy who drew The Dark Phoenix Saga and revamp Superman kidnap William? Lol that was a LOL moment for me 😂 they pulled out EVERYONE!!!!💖💯👍🔥
That first hour I was crying from the get go. this hour I was holding back tears. This show especially season 2 (which I consider in my top 5 of seasons of tv) got me as many people into this whole comic book universe. Thank you Stephen Amell and cast for the last 8 years

Arrow gave birth to The Flash. The Flash made people want a female lead which ended up being Supergirl. Supergirl gave birth to Legends of Tomorrow. Legends opened the door for Black Lightning and Black Lighting ultimately gave us Batwoman. #RIPOLIVERQUEEN You made this universe.

I wasn't a fan of Arrow at first. Not necessarily because it was bad show it's just when it first came on I didn't think too much of it. It wasn't until The Flash came on as a spin-off that I got into it. (Yeah I'm a Flash fan before an Arrow fan) I watched The Flash first and then went back to watched Arrow and instantly loved it. This show for me had its ups and downs but I don't regret getting on this ride. It's going to be weird to not watch this show on Tuesday and Wednesdays anymore.

In the episode Felicity said they were in the afterlife so both characters reunited 20 years after Oliver died in death. It's possible Oliver aka Spectre is somewhere else and could appear in an episode of The Flash or Legends of Tomorrow from time during Nov/Feb/May Sweeps in the upcoming seasons or even in Green Arrow and the Canaries if ordered to series.
Marc Guggenheim released an interview last night. He said Oliver is still the Spectre( hence immoral) and while felicity called it afterlife she didn’t technically die. He said he put them there in an open ended way that he can bring them back if he needs to. He already knows how he would incorporate Felicity if the spin-off got picked up and Stephen for a xover, the flash series finale, etc.

They confirmed when diggle appears in the flash this week episode, it takes place BEFORE this episode. So he wont have the ring. But, I do think, superman MIGHT team up with GL John Stewart.
my reaction was similiar to like yours...the show which started from crime ridden city which then introduced perfection like Slade ,Prometheus ,canary and open doors for legends and flash and the prisoner oliver... a perfect universe which Oliver again birthed with his sacrifice..now i can feel how people would have felt when smallville ended. ... fiannly the actors involved especially ota Amell,rRamsey and richards...also damn there will be no arrow in this fall

Oliver isn't dead, he's still the Spectre and Spectre can't really be killed. Taken off the board maybe. I doubt the Monitor can actually go into the afterlife. He's never shown that kind of power before in the comics right? I took that scene as being a reality that Oliver created for himself and Felicity. Neither one are actually dead, maybe he comes around in crossovers or something. I think Diggle will be starring in S&L, and maybe the GL show.

It ended like The Dark Knight Rises they each was rewarded for their hard work. Mainly Robin John Blake was reward the mantle so was to be John Dingell Stewart. Both were owed for the work they did.
My 2 issues are 1) how is diana here if in the future she said she just appeared there with no sign of her in history????? 2) so are we just assuming felicity raised both Whilliam and Mia then just..... dipped to the after life??????????? if we assume the one who went is just old timeline ver then is she still alive in the new one? if so will both of them show up in the after life??? I'm so confused
Niva Dinah said the last thing she remembered was leaving Oliver’s funeral and then somehow she ended up in the future. So when we see her riding off on her motorcycle somehow from there she ends up in the future. Felicity did raise William and Mia or atleast it seems that way from mias speech last episode. I’m assuming felicity still tells the goodbye like she did last season before she left with monitor.
i think we'll really start to feel the impact of Arrow's departure whenever Barry, Kara or Kate reminisce about him or former members of Team Arrow show up on other shows

I like how Marvel trying to capitalize and copying DC formula when it comes to the arrowverse. They tried it with a Netflix gritty Marvel shows Daredevil, Jessica Jones, Luke Cage , Iron Fist and The Punisher with a crossover that wasn't too good with the fans. In my opinion nothing can't top the arrowverse when it comes to amazing presentation and wonderful actors that portrayed iconic characters. I'm so glad that they brought back Tommy, Talia and Nyssa Al Ghaul as well. I like the Green Arrow first live-action debut on Smallville.

I cried at least 15 times this episode. It was beautiful! I will miss arrow but he will always be a legend to us. 💚
Arrow gave birth to The Flash. The Flash made people want a female lead which ended up being Supergirl. Supergirl gave birth to Legends of Tomorrow. Legends opened the door for Black Lightning and Black Lighting ultimately gave us Batwoman. #RIPOLIVERQUEEN You made this universe.

I wasn't a fan of Arrow at first. Not necessarily because it was bad show it's just when it first came on I didn't think too much of it. It wasn't until The Flash came on as a spin-off that I got into it. (Yeah I'm a Flash fan before an Arrow fan) I watched The Flash first and then went back to watched Arrow and instantly loved it. This show for me had its ups and downs but I don't regret getting on this ride. It's going to be weird to not watch this show on Tuesday and Wednesdays anymore.

Nyssa fyne as hell, i'm glad she finally got a scene with Talia since she had to whoop big sis ass back in season 5. In the episode Felicity said they were in the afterlife so both characters reunited 20 years after Oliver died in death. It's possible Oliver aka Spectre is somewhere else and could appear in an episode of The Flash or Legends of Tomorrow from time during Nov/Feb/May Sweeps in the upcoming seasons or even in Green Arrow and the Canaries if ordered to series.
Marc Guggenheim released an interview last night. He said Oliver is still the Spectre( hence immoral) and while felicity called it afterlife she didn’t technically die. He said he put them there in an open ended way that he can bring them back if he needs to. He already knows how he would incorporate Felicity if the spin-off got picked up and Stephen for a xover, the flash series finale, etc.

my reaction was similiar to like yours...the show which started from crime ridden city which then introduced perfection like Slade ,Prometheus ,canary and open doors for legends and flash and the prisoner oliver... a perfect universe which Oliver again birthed with his sacrifice..now i can feel how people would have felt when smallville ended. ... fiannly the actors involved especially ota Amell,rRamsey and richards...also damn there will be no arrow in this fall

Oliver isn't dead, he's still the Spectre and Spectre can't really be killed. Taken off the board maybe. I doubt the Monitor can actually go into the afterlife. He's never shown that kind of power before in the comics right? I took that scene as being a reality that Oliver created for himself and Felicity. Neither one are actually dead, maybe he comes around in crossovers or something.
I think Diggle will be starring in S&L, and maybe the GL show.

It ended like The Dark Knight Rises they each was rewarded for their hard work. Mainly Robin John Blake was reward the mantle so was to be John Dingell Stewart. Both were owed for the work they did.

Niva Dinah said the last thing she remembered was leaving Oliver’s funeral and then somehow she ended up in the future. So when we see her riding off on her motorcycle somehow from there she ends up in the future. Felicity did raise William and Mia or atleast it seems that way from mias speech last episode. I’m assuming felicity still tells the goodbye like she did last season before she left with monitor.
What a journey. It's been real. May y'all stay up here for future viewers to watch y'all react to the greatest superhero show ever.
i think we'll really start to feel the impact of Arrow's departure whenever Barry, Kara or Kate reminisce about him or former members of Team Arrow show up on other shows

I like how Marvel trying to capitalize and copying DC formula when it comes to the arrowverse. They tried it with a Netflix gritty Marvel shows Daredevil, Jessica Jones, Luke Cage , Iron Fist and The Punisher with a crossover that wasn't too good with the fans.
In my opinion nothing can't top the arrowverse when it comes to amazing presentation and wonderful actors that portrayed iconic characters. I'm so glad that they brought back Tommy, Talia and Nyssa Al Ghaul as well. I like the Green Arrow first live-action debut on Smallville.
And they brought everyone that died in Arrow back Thank God
