    Ha.. I was going to comment that I wished I had a problem with sleep paralysis... for the very reason you mention before step 3... it's also the doorway to astral projection! BTW: Last night I was in my most frequent dream setting, a classroom (I'm a retired teacher)... a HS student was repeatedly disrupting the class... I woke up and thought to myself... "I'm going right back into that dream... but this time fully lucid... to ask the student why I was having this dream... and it WORKED! However, instead of asking why he was in my dream... I asked why he was being disruptive.. we had a great and positive conversation! Cheers!

    This is indeed very heartwarming and very wonderful and very beautiful and very helpful and this brings back such great memories of when I use to be a 90s kid and an early 2000s kid and I am a new subscriber as well:).

    Any tips on inducing sleep paralysis?

    • @LucidDreamDojo
      @LucidDreamDojo  3 месяца назад +1

      For getting lucid? It would be better to use the other lucidity induction techniques first (they're a little easier). But if you wanted to work with this, the key is having high practice in meditation and to do the WILD technique (staying conscious from waking to dream, all the way through sleep paralysis). But for lucidity itself, there are easier ways to start!

    Very well explained - I had a fantastic "OBE" / maintained awareness dream from this state, super power indeed. The hard bit is staying calm when it feels like someone is literally trying to pull you out of bed by your ankle! 😆
    (Appreciate you dropping the music btw, plays havoc with my ability to concentrate on what you're saying😊)

      Yes! That's fantastic you were able to stay present and move through it - it feels like a powerful threshold...
