Except there are a lot of cases where the killing was unintentional, accidental or done in self defense. I'm not sure if you have any grasp on our current prison situation but as it stands, we already don't have room or resources for the prisoners we currently have, regardless of their crime. I'm not sure what you think we should do with these thousands of extra prisoners you think we should have but any increase in taxes should go to education and public resources- things that keep people out of prison- not more prisons to crowd with people we leave to rot.

This case infuriates me. How dare she marry that young man and then have the nerve to complain that he wasn't making as much as her. His life was just starting! I know an electrician and eventually they make a very nice living. He even became a millionaire running his own business by the time he was in his 40s. @humanjustice3202 exactly my thoughts the way she kept swearing her son had nothing to do with it. And something was off , she made her son call 9/11 but she later made it appear as if she woke her son up and made him talk in the background as if he didn't know anything. She was way too straight forward. Swearing way too much that it was her. Working too hard to make it look like she set the whole thing up , if she was so desperate to make it appear as someone else then why did she so desperately take the blame. I think she was hoping the investigation would go to some intruder or some other guy other than her son but when she saw the police suspicion she became desperate to take the blame, she seems really hurt and devastated and sorry. I think she didn't want her son to get life in prison and all the s-assaults that young boys face. What a mother!

Tramadol in particular, is a very nasty pain med. I couldn't see her doing anything like this on them but you do get horrible depression when you withdraw from them. It was absolutely pre-meditated. The dispatcher didn't believe me on 6.6 this year and kept asking "what do you want me to do" even though all LE know the man and know he's ex felon, ex gang member & have seen threats to me & my family on my texts & voicemails. But it took me whole 10 minutes to convince her to send a cruiser. I could have been dead 10x over.

So the guy has the forethought to bring a mask, goes in to rob the house without forcing his way in, doesn't bring a weapon, finds a shot gun, a rope and a knife, kills the guy, starts to move around furniture but doesn't take anything, doesn't kill the unbarking dog, the hysterical woman or the sleeping teenager and just left empty handed.
    Have I got that right?

That kid at 16 no questions asks was ready to do whatever it took to protect his mom... she may be a horrible person but she seems that she raised a good kid...

WELL DON'T GIVE HER PRAISE FOR BEING A GOOD MOM.. Jennifer SELFISHLY murdered someone without any concerns about her possible conviction and prison sentence negatively affecting her Son..

25 years for someone who shot a sleeping person for life insurance money. How is that justice?

These folks are a trip: Oh, no, no, no. I'd never cheat on my husband. Shoot him? Yes. Kill him? Perhaps. But cheat? No way. What kind of monster do you think I am?

When someone can go from balling to talking ok you better run away from that person as fast as possible.
