so with this one do u shampoo and then blow dry the hair first and then apply the product? and do u leave the product in the hair or does it have to shampoo out again after flat ironing?

Yes you shampoo first then blow dry the hair follow with the 1step. Let it sit for 20min then flat iron the hair and style... Love this cause you doing have to shampoo out. It last for 11 weeks
