Rent is not low in Jaywick , in fact it is quite shocking for what you get. I remember the place when it was a lovely seaside location. Not now, the council draught in disrespectful wrong'uns who take no pride in themselves.
that's a strange idea of how addiction occurs. personally i prefer socialising, nature, books, tv, art, internet networking, taking photos with my phone. saying people get addicted because "there's nothing else to do" is utterly ridiculous.
I can’t say this is the worst town in S .E. England.... (epileptic can’t drive getting to work etc & the community is kinder softer and more protective than others). Recent experience in Colchester & Suffolk. X
ok so its cheap to buy/rent and its 32miles away from co9 lots of jobs hear so would = more cash for me if i moved there used a cheap little car or bike to get to work seems quite good tbh
jaywick is a good place people forget its not the place thats the problem is the people some of them and not all i visited my frined local blogger danny sloggett i met some nice people would visit again
Danny sloggett is a legend, he is one of the funniest characters around. I used to go to the same school as him at Clacton County High (even though he is a couple of years older than me). Everyone in jaywick and clacton knows who he is, his old man 'Sid' was a character too. He does some hilarious videos on his Facebook page, of him just wondering around doing his daily routines.
"Some of the people in Jaywick ain't that bad. Yes we've got a lot of the scum of the earth..." and that's a guy standing up for the place.
