INDOT opens the I-69 interchange

INDOT, Governor Holcomb and former governors Pence and Daniels are announcing the opening of the I-69 interchange on the southwest side of Indy.

Over half of the cost, $4.3 billion was spent on the last section...16 years...and most of the money supplied was by a Democrat bill...
